Q: What is the percent of vitamin C?

Hi, our formula contains 15% pure vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), 1% vitamin E (tocopherol), and 0.5% ferulic acid and a 3.2 pH which is the most effective combination. It is very important to use the correct form of vitamin C and have the proper pH, you can have higher concentrations of these actives in other forms and they will not be effective. Q: If my moisturizer has hydraulic acid, can I still use it after applying this serum?
