I got tired of buying small quantities' for a lot of money, I looked for large quantity with good quality for a good price, this is it. I used a seal a meal and vacuum packaged the peppers into 2 1/2 cup servings for use in stews and soups, I would buy these again, however I got so much it will take quite a while to go thru 5 lbs. Excellent value for the money!
