Really great product, I was looking for a zinc that is gentle on stomach as all other zinc products usually upset my stomach.I have had no stomach upsets at all while taking this.It arrived promptly and the company got in touch to check it arrived safetly and on time. It’s a good zinc supplement but it costs £50 which is beyond ridiculous.

Apparently your body can only absorb 7-14mg of zinc at any given time, so I cut these into quarters, and the bottle has lasted AGES!My white blood count was quite low recently and decided to increase my zinc intake with this supplement, after 4 weeks of taking them my white blood cell count went up to normal levels. So definitely recommend these to anyone.

Easily the best zinc around. I had been using another recommended brand, but they really didn't have much effect, but changing to these has definitely made a difference. Easy to swallow too. Recommend
