Great mtn biking pedal
I switched from speed play frogs which has been discontinued. These are better than the frogs and most others for having Both easy of entry and more importantly (for me) easy of exit.Yet very secure when pulling up on them during difficult climbs. Also, the pedal platform is fantastic for times you're not locked in. If you want more easy of exit I suggest 2 things. 1. Loosen the tension to min on the pedal AND use the X1E clip (sold separately) this clip dramatically improves the easy of exit while it doesn't seem to lessen the firmness of staying in the clip when climbing... Great pedal, lots of customization through the different clips and pedal tension. And tons of fun colors
