Updated comments:First case was great until it broke (after 3 months), it gives over a full charge on my iPhone 8. I travel regularly and found this highly useful and rarely removed the case.Failure - I had to remove the case and the power plug outer sleeve came away leaving the inner plug.V disappointing.The question is now whether the vendor stands behind their product....Update: I notified the seller of the issue and they responded within 24hr (on the weekend). They have offered to replace the faulty Battery Case, hopefully the replacement will arrive soon and not have any issues. Well done Proker ....Great response and Customer Care so far. So terribly disappointed. I was so excited when my case arrived. The quality seemed awesome. I charged my case once with my phone in it and thought it was odd that it didn’t “simultaneously charge” both at the same time, as advertised, but I can look past it. Unfortunately, that would be the one and only time that my case would charge. When I plug it in now, nothing happens. If I wiggle it just the right way and hold the charger in place the whole time, I can get it to charge for a minute. I was so excited for this product and was thoroughly disappointed :(

This battery case sucks... I know it's listed under the product description, but not being able to use wired headphones with this case is ridiculous... In addition, when you silence your phone using he side switch, good luck turning the sound back on... The opening is way to small for your finger/nail. You either have to find something small to flip the switch, or take the cover off just to turn the sound back on. It's a serious pain.

Works perfect. Keeps my iPhone charged when I forget. Love it.

Wouldn’t recommend. It just barely made it over a month and it won’t charge up when plugged in.

Worked for 10 months, thought there was a warranty for 1-2 years listed but it’s no longer available. Worked well for 10 months but could not take the phone case on/off per their instructions. Would buy a well known/name brand case next time.

Seems like a nice case but.....It doesnt charge simultaneously with the phone.I think it may have screwed up my own phone battery because it is charging it through its own integrated lightning cable from inside the case.

On the plus side, this is a lightweight battery case and it adds enough juice to my phone that it doesn’t need to be plugged in to a charger during the day. And I like that it’s one piece, instead of a top piece or faceplate piece that can be difficult to remove.However, I struggle with charging at night because my charging cables keep falling out. I tried with my original lightning cable and an Anker brand cable, both had that problem. My phone and cables are all brand new.There have been other weird problems with my phone since I started using the battery case, that weren’t happening beforehand (again, this is a new iPhone 8). One night my phone shut off. And I’ve had signal issues that resolve when I remove the phone from the battery case.I would not recommend this case to others. I would return mine except I already stuck a PopSocket on the back.
