Run around for return since October 20 - Brightpicks
The item was not of quality and didn’t fit the motorhome. The item has been sent back and we had to pay $142 out of pocket. Canadian passport information, drivers license Canada was sent as proof of ID as requested. Item was received by brightpicks and Canada post confirmed it was received. It has taken 3 months to get a refund. They keep giving us the run around. Please let us know what we do at this point?

Great Quality Cover!
I searched high and low for a good RV cover for a reasonable price! I found this one! I am a firm believer in you get what you pay for so I was a little worried about the quality! But once I put this cover on I now know it is of great quality especially for the low price! Very nice thick durable material! I have a 28ft C class RV and this cover fits perfectly! I love it cause it has an access zipper for the side door and the front cab so easy access to these areas without taking the cover off! Great quality and so far so good we are in California’s hot summer months so we will see how it’s goes!

Started off good but didn’t even last a year!
Bought this cover almost a year ago and it did not last for us. Started out good and fit our rv perfectly. The zippers were the first to go. Then the fabric started ripping on top and basically disintegrates every time you try to pull it or move it. Pretty disappointed for a cover that cost over $200!

Doesn't tie down Securely.
Just purchased. The material seems very strong and is waterproof. The tie down points seem sewn on well. The plastic tie down rings are weak. The day after I put this on we had some wind. The cover was like a parachute and ended up on the ground with some of the plastic tie down rings broken. I wrestled it back on and used some rope both over the top and under and it seems to be holding better. I looped the rope through the nylon strap where the plastic ring broke and tied a knot there to keep it from flapping in the wind. In spring I will make some custom tie down straps for it. The product seems very good, just needs a better strap system and maybe metal tie down rings instead of plastic. I may update this review in the spring.

Very well made cover
This RV cover is the best cover I've had. Very well made and fits perfectly. Would definitely recommend for purchase. All zippers are strong and seams as well

Great cover! No instructions.
The cover fits fantastic. All the zippers in this cover are awesome and make re-entry into the motor home possible after it's on. My cousin helped me put it on and said his RV cover did not have zippers so once the cover was on, he couldn't get into it. That is a HUGE plus with this cover! The price was reasonable. I do not have any experience with how it will wear and weather the upcoming winter months and snow. I may possibly update once I see how well it holds up. The only reason I did not give this one a five star rating is that it came with no instructions. Without the guidance of someone who has done this before I would not have been able to get it on. There was an extra piece with it and I didn't have a clue what it was but fortunately my cousin knew it was the ladder cover that gives extra protection over the ladder. Also, I would not have known how to effectively tie the rope that was included to the undercarriage. My cousin tied a wrench to the end and used it as a weight to toss the rope under. I might come up with some easer method for the future... he said his came with tension straps for the under carriage. I think Savvy Craft should include some instructions, something about warranty, repair or care of the cover. I used the 26 foot and covered a 1991 Jamboree Searcher.

when you think you buy brand new, its not always the case. Need to be handy.
Receive the box and it been open already. small hole on the cover and 2 zippers was not even there. i had to improvise a way to work on it. After the cover in place, it look just perfect and its pretty easy to install...need high stepladder and 2 people is a must. Afterall im very happy of it.

Cover works for 28ft Motorhome
The cover was luckily pretty straightforward to cover our motorhome. There was no instruction with it but once we laid it out we saw the front and back labels. Covered our class B motorhome and so far has been fine in one wind storm 👍

Impressed
I am glad I bought this cover. Snow and rain are easily rebelled. It is light and tough and was well designed.

Defective Product
I purchased this product back in October of last year. I put up the cover in early November. Mid January I noticed that the zipper on one of the side of the cover was stripped top to to bottom. We had generally good weather ie: no major wind storms and little to no snowfalls. So nothing that should have caused damage to the zipper. I have been in contact with Amazon and the supplier before the scheduled return for refund timeline was passed and still I have nothing resolved. I'm not looking for my money back, I am just looking to have it replaced with one that doesn't have a defective zipper. The company has offered to repair or replace, however they have been non responsive when it comes to who will pay for freight of the product to and from their facility for repair or replacemnt. I don't believe it to be fair to be charged to have thir defective product repaired or replaced, as I haven't had it through one season. To make matter worse it has finally snowed where I live and the cover is under 15cm of snow and taking it off now would be extremely difficult. If I am to return it at this time I would be exposing my motorhome to the winter weather that has finally arrived. I would l love to get the replacement before I send the faulty one back as to not leave my trailer uncovered. I would love to get this resolved in a timely manner.
