Amazing product. I used these through both an ankle surgery and a knee surgery, and they worked great. I love that the inside has a very soft felt lining, so there’s no need for a separate cloth or towel between the pack and your skin. The adjustable straps are perfect for securing the cooling pack around almost any body part. They do have a little weight to them, but I actually prefer that because they stay in place well. The gel stays cold for about 30 minutes to an hour, depending on room temperature. Having two packs is especially convenient because you can keep one in the freezer while using the other. My wife also uses them on her back and hip, and even the kids love them for their little bumps and bruises. Overall, a great product that our whole family gets plenty of use out of.

Great!they cover a large area, are soft and easy to freeze. I bought 2 so I always had one available. The made my tkr so much more bearable! They have wrap around straps, so no danger of the falling off or constantly trying to keep in place

Good ice packs for wrapping around the knee. These ice packs are plenty big enough to wrap around a large knee including bandages. They have a soft fuzzy side that's great for applying directly over skin and a smooth side that works well over bandages. I dropped 1 star due to them taking a couple hours to get solidly cold. We purchased 4 of them to ensure we always had a solidly cold one for use on an hourly basis. Post knee replacement requires 20 minutes of use every hour.

These knee ice packs are great! They are very large, cover the entire knee and can also be used on other body parts. Like your shoulder, elbow, ankle pretty much anywhere. The velcro straps are extremely strong and allow you to tighten them enough without getting loose or loosening up. As I walk around though walking around is kind of hard but still possible if you tighten it enough and keep your legs stiff. I have permanent knee damage in my left knee from a car accident years ago but I also do heavy weight training and squat very heavy so they are extremely useful after training to prevent inflammation, soreness and tenderness around the kneecap that can happen sometimes from training really hard. If I could give these more stars I would. I use them as much as possible whenever I need them. They are absolutely great. I am very satisfied and it is worth the money I did initially keep it in the freezer overnight but I did try it just after putting it in for 1 hour and it does get cold enough to use for 10 to 15 minutes. By using them after they've been in the freezer overnight, I've had them keep their coldness for over 2 hours, especially if I'm just elevating my leg with it on my knee. It is also nice that it has a soft padded side, but if you want it colder you can just flip it over and use the non-padded side

This wrap has been a post knee replacement life-saver! It was much better than the kind the hospital supplied on discharge. It applies easily and stays in place as it should.

This is exactly what I was looking for for my knee. This wrap covers the front, back and sides of my knee. It is very adjustable to fit just about any leg size. When frozen the insert remains flexible so that you can mold it in order to get the desired all around coverage. I find the straps work fairly well to keep it in place. Understand that it is slightly heavy so you may not be able to walk around with it for long unless you really tighten up the Velcro straps. All in all I really like the knee brace and would recommend it.

Good product

My item did not match the measurements as stated in the product information. It was shorter and therefore did not completely cover the front and back of my knee. My complex meniscus tear is very inflamed, and so it was important for me to have full coverage because I have pain in both the front and back of my knee. Otherwise, I love this product and would recommend it to someone else.
