Can I run 2 dash cams from this ?

I'd say no. It's got one cable and plug. If you're planning on front and rear you'd need two power sources, one at each end of the car as it were. I'd recommend getting someone who knows their way around car electrics to advise

My dash cam is a next base 212 and this is the kit I have on mine. The hardwire kit does come with a variety of different attachments. Hope this helps

Assuming you're referring to the piggy back fuse holder supplied I wouldn't be sure but it suggests that one of the fuses could be faulty or the holder itself. I'd try another fuse if you don't have a voltmeter to hand. Note I'm no electrician.
