Motor seems to be fine. The wired switch is cheap. The red knob has a screw in it to screw to the stem that comes out of the switch, but there are no threads in the stem, so handle just falls off. Lucky I have an extra control switch because I had to switch out the control switch to get one where the knob stays on. Cheap switch.

Powerful 1hp motor will easily lift any PWC. Everything is pre-wired and very easy to install. Arrived very packaged with no damage

Start to finish the replacement took two hours with no help. Used a stepladder on my boat. No wiring. This was very easy. Didn't have to drill a single hole. Been using it for six weeks. Works great.

This motor came in the box terribly beaten up. Not sure if it was used or just dropped. I would guess dropped out of a truck. I drove 2 hours to install a lift and have no choice but to use it. I had to repair it as best I could and spray paint part of it. I also had to give my customer an option to return and come back or give him a discount. I lost money Because he decided to keep.

Easy installation and works great. It took me less than 30 minutes to replace my old boat lift motor and switch.
