Perfect Perfect Perfect!
I cannot say how much I love this bra. I literally just got it and had my husband help me with it on and take pictures for me. I have severe Lupus, shoulder issues, neck pain, and yesterday I had a round of chemo, which is why I covered my port up in the photo. I do plan to have a breast reduction when I lose about 40lbs but this is one of the most comfortable bras I have ever worn. I have chronic pain, all over, and when I see my doctor next week I plan to tell him about how this bra has made my neck feel, so he can recommend it to his other patients. Just before this bra arrived my neck was hurting super bad from the type of chemo infusion I had, but it seemed to help take a little of that away. I think if you are super busty, this will give you that support you are looking for. It is very soft material all around and easy to clip in the back. I never post pictures in my underwear but I think it would be beneficial for women with larger bust and especially with health issues to get bras like these. I wear a size 42HH or 42I. I really don't think it matters honestly as I suffer with a lot of swelling from the Lupus, so i can handle a bra that is slightly bigger or smaller sometimes.

Choose your size based on how you plan to wear it.
I bought two of these, one in a 36F and one in a 36FF. They both fit, but in different ways, so hear me out. If you plan to wear it primarily with the racerback connector, get a cup size larger than you normally would and expect it to be loose when you wear it normally. If you don't plan to wear it with the racerback connector get your normal Elomi size (for me that's a 36F, and I take the straps in 2" because they don't make a 34FF) and plan to be strangled if you use the connector. You can't do both. Or at least I couldn't. This was fine for me because I desperately needed a bra with a racerback for a couple of shirts I've made. It would be even better though if I were able to get the racerback fastened by myself--I have to have my husband clip the straps for me. If there's a secret to it that isn't "become a contortionist", I'm all ears!About the comfort, if you are a die-hard Elomi Betty fan (it's the only bra I have been wearing for years now) you will love this one. Especially if you hate picot edged elastic with the fire of a thousand suns (I do!) because all the elastic has smooth edges which makes my sensitive skin very happy. I also love the strap connection, which is smoother with the rings vs. joining straight to the strap and IMO more comfortable to wear. The comfort factor does go down a bit with the racerback though, which I kind of expected, so I'm not disappointed, and it's not too bad until late in the day. The lace is simple and lovely, which suits my taste perfectly. The color is very definitely beige, which is OK as a neutral, but I would love to see this in that pale pink color they made the Betty in which matches my skin tone better. I do plan to buy this in all the colors, especially the blue and purple shades because I love crazy colored lingerie. ;-)Remember, bras and how comfortable they are is different for everyone, but this one works well for:Barrel chestFull on top or balancedNarrow shouldersPoor posture (though the racerback option will make you sit up straighter or kill you trying!)Skin that is sensitive to picot edging

Addresses shortcomings of Elomi Caitlyn and Cate
So far, this seems like the perfect bra that addresses some of the shortcomings of Elomi Caitlyn and Cate designs. It's a non-stretch material, so your boobs won't get misshapen as the satin stretches. The decoration is minimal, so you can't see big leaf shaped embroidery poking through thin shirts. It has nearly full coverage, so your boob won't fall out when you bend over (like their plunge bras), but it doesn't come up as high as the Caitlyn and Cate. The gore is less than 1 inch wide at the top, and the cups are rounded, not pointed, so you won't have torpedo breasts, and you'll have just a hint of almost clevage. The design is simple and pretty, it looks like a normal bra instead of an insane elastic-and-satin straighjacket.

Pretty, Spportive & Well made / Women's Plus Size Matilda Underwire Plunge Bra with J-Hook
Item Reviewed: Elomi Women's Plus Size Matilda Underwire Plunge Bra with J-HookLove, love, love this bra!My thoughts after wearing this bra for the last month...Pro’s: Supportive (I bought a 40G), fits well, has 3 hook & eye clasps in the back instead of the normal 2, wide shoulder straps that don’t dig in or slip. A “J-Hook” on the back can turn this beauty into a racer-back style (the hook securely snaps in place). High quality, designer bra.Con’s: This is standard European sizing and your best best is to go to a specialty store and find either an Elomi or Prima Donna bra (they fit similarly) to try on for sizing. If not, do your best & you may need to exchange a few times. The “J-Hook” is a bit tricky to do/undo by oneself.Note on color - Cafe Au Latte : Beige bras are usually sad & ugly, but since they’re so practical, we women keep buying them. This was the first Beige bra I’ve owned that was fairly pretty. Not sure that the photos show it, but the Beige has a bit of a pink undertone to it.Bottom line: I highly recommend this bra!I will update this review if my opinion or experience with this bra changes.

Cheaper bras in bravissimo
Great buy..shame the seller now marks this bra at 40 pounds, i only purchased it a few months ago at 11 pounds. Go to bravissimo as theirs are perfect to fit but costing around 20 something pounds. This bra is a good fit but it has these weird hooks next to the adjuster i think they are to stop your bra from moving once you adjust it but all it does is hook my clothes. I do love its fit and would have bought more if the seller hadnt gotten greedy and unreasonable

Okay but
I find if I do not use the moveable j-hook fastening then the straps constantly fall off my shoulders which is really annoying. Unfortunately, this j-hook fastening also makes the straps somewhat tight .

Always a well fitting, comfortable style bra for bigger cup sizes
I have had various colours and 2 x different sizes of this particular Elomi bra. It gives a good shape, doesn't dig in and looks nice. I have it in nude, white and black. I am a size 42F and find it really supportive. Would recommend it and will no doubt buy the same style in future.
