The Size Chart is Off
There's nothing really wrong with the harness. It's a good design. There are no scratchy seams, which my cat doesn't tolerate. The size chart, however, is way off. The measurements for *small* apply to the *medium* harness. Luckily, I read the reviews first and purchased a size up.

Great product
Seller was great. The vest is great quality but my one complaint is the neck is not adjustable. There should be velcro or a buckle so i don't have to pull it down over my kitchen's head. We have a Savannah and they have large ears which makes it a little complicated to fit over his head without hurting him. All in all i still like the product and seller so 4 stars

Don't go by sellers sizing, it was off. It didn't fit our little 5lb. Cat.
I like the type of harness. It's just too bad the sites measurements were off. We measured Posie and she should have fit. But what they didn 't tell you was their measuement was the measurement of the canvass harness not the measurement of the animal. The animal has got to measure less because of volumn. It's not like animals are thin flat surfaces to fit a flat piece of canvas even though she measured fourteen inches. The harness measures fourteen inches. Not big enough for a cat with guts, that breathes, etcetera.

Purrfect
I feel lucky to have found the purrfect cat harness on the first try. I reached out to my favorite internet cats, adventurers Bolt and Keel, to find out what harness they used, which led me to PURR. It fits well, is easy to put on, and holds tight whenever my Buddy pulls away.

Runs small
Quality is fine, but too small for our cat - I don't recommend getting anything smaller than a medium.

Kept my cats in without them getting out. After a short while, it didn't bother them at all. Seemed well engineered and comfortable. I never did use it with a leash but in handling my cats between the house and the in-car carrier the leash attachment ring provided me with an additional sure grip in case they were to be frightened and want to take off. Nice bright colors to, so it would be easier to see them if something happened. I like these a lot.
