Stability
These wedges help tons with adding stability on exercises and to explore mobility. I use them with a rubber mat and they don't move at -all- while squatting 220lbs (+180lbs bodyweight)I don't need to use the highest inclination (using all 4 pieces, 23°) with high loads but given how stable they are I wouldn't doubt them

Perfect for quads
Bought these for Quad day and they do not disappoint! First off, these wedges are heavy duty solid rubber. Think of a gym mat in thicker, wedge form. Perfect replacement for standing on 1x4s, 2x4s and homade ramps. I haven't gone super heavy, but the handled 225 hack squats without an ounce of movement.
