This product was not as advertised. The SCREEN is 9 inches, NOT 11.5 inches. Further, instructions are very poor, written by someone not fluent in English. To be fair,. the product works, although the aux. cable does NOT work in that sound comes through my TV, but video does not while the product is playing a DVD. Perhaps it is designed that way, or some setting I am missing. However. this product does work, and except for sound volume, it works well. Further, I did have a dispute with the company but, they responded quite well to my concerns, and worked out a compromise with which I am pleased. In fact, I withdrew my dispute entirely. Customer service was superior.

I purchased this DVD player the beginning of August. I have used it only a few times during long road trips. It will not consistently play DVD's even though the DVD's work fine on our home player.

DVD player is good. The only reason why I did not give it a 5 is because the instruction booklet is terrible. Cannot understand instructions.

Returned the DVD player. The volume was too low you have to hold it up almost to your ear to hear anything . Not happy with it at all.

I bought this portable DVD player for my dad. It come with very nice package, including a VGA cable, a power core, a remote control and car charger. On the side of the DVD player, it has a usb port, sd card slot, audio/VGA output and power switch . My dad really likes black and white movie. This DVD player has very clear video and it works even better in the dark environment . The audio is loud enough for the small size room. There are some very cool features about this DVD player i would like to share with other customers.1. Very reasonable price with those functions compare with other brands2. not only support DVD, you can also connect with sd card and usb driver3.light weight design with 180 screen rotate.4. Nice player. Sound is a little tinny..screen is a little small. Otherwise, crystal clear picture. I have not tried this with headphones and would probably be excellent with headphone use. I would have paid a little more for better sound.

Can't say I hate it because I haven't been able to make it work yet. There's no manual, and the online forum was no help. I keep getting a message "no disk". Maybe a printed piece about the product would help.
