First off this is my first time branching out and ordering "human hair" It takes heat and i havent even tried to curl it because for what??? First purchase for human hair and this is what I get shipped? Hair that's literally as thin as my natural hair..pictures dont even do it justice how this looks in real life or feels. I've never been disappointed inna synthetic wig but I'm pissed with this human hair. I'm not even gonna attempt to cut the lace and style it because I'm returning this garbage. Color is ridiculous and is faded in the middle, you can literally use a child's hair rubber band to make a ponytail, it is not 20 inches it's more like 18! Its super thin at the top, it doesnt even move. I'm assuming these good reviews have to be paid customers because ain't no way yall paid for the same wig I got and they look as good as the pictures. I'll never buy from this company again and I'll stick with my synthetic wigs, or just save and get human hair off Amazon. Hell, my synthetic wigs look better for the same damn price which is wild. Change the photo for the advertising of this hair because this is ain't the wig you'll get.
