The first unit malfunctioned. They immediately sent a second unit. worked perfectly.
The unit malfunctioned. The manufacturer did contact me within 3 days and really wanted to make it good. After reading my description of the malfunctions, an engineer said it had been dropped in shipment and they immediately sent me a new one. It worked perfectly. they really tried to make it right and they did. They checked in with me after I received it and I was very pleased the IPL and would recommend it.

Does not work
No results AT ALL. Been using It for weeks and the hair is just as dark and thick. Now I’m past the return window and out the $70, not to mention all of the time i wasted using it. Don’t waste your time and money!!!! This product does NOT work.

Efficient and doesn't hurt
This laser hair remover is really good. I have used different brand before and it hurts a lot, but this one doesn't. It also works great. I've used one one arm only and I think there's less hair than the other arm.

Shave first
After using it for a while, the hair removal effect pretty good, the growth rate of hairslow down. Current only use it on leg. I'LL try elsewhere later.

Not so great I think I have to purchase Braun as I heard it was the best I thought this low budget item would be as effective but it’s not
