Terrible. Purchased for my daughter as a Christmas gift. Less than 2 months later, it's no longer working. Tried troubleshooting and reaching out for support. Don't waste your money. Just spend the extra and get something that'll last longer.

It is fine for what I need, great for the price. My only negative is that is doesnt hold charge as long as other brands have.

If you're having issues getting this tablet to connect to your WIFI router: 1. Make sure you have a router capable of broadcasting 2.4ghz. 2. If you still cant get the device connected, disable the 5g broadcast band temporarily in your router settings. Most modern routers are dual or tri-band so it should work but mine was getting confused and would connect for a few minutes then disconnect and be unable to reconnect. I tried separating the broadcast bands into separate networks but that didn't work. What did work is disabling the 5g band in the router settings and I was able to connect 2 of these tablets and able to share with other computers on the network. Overall the picture looks good and the tablet functions as an android device. It is pretty slow and has a noticeable delay with most actions, the screen also doesn't auto rotate, and the battery life is atrocious... but for $40 you can't really complain. Little irritated that the tablet isn't advertised as being 2.4ghz but in the end it did work.

Bought this tablet to replace my old one, which ran slowly and had developed a fatal fault. Use this one for livestreaming TV, so spouse can watch her TV shows on our living room TV and I can watch mine on this tablet at the same time. Loads our Spectrum TV streaming service and selects TV programs quickly, screen resolution is excellent for that purpose and there are no ghosting or other image problems. Setup from its box was generally easy, had to wade through the usual Android questions about privacy, etc. Downloaded the Spectrum app. from the Google Play Store quickly. Only difficulty was changing the Android tablet time from its apparently default Eastern to Pacific time - took quite some while and several attempts before the clock would switch and then lock onto Pacific time, which is essential for Spectrum TV guide to sync with the proper time zone.

We bought two of these for our kids. It's great for portability and really easy to set up. The touch screen works with fingers and screen pens. picture was what I expected and perfect for my kids
