Seriously, the noise cancellation is exceptional. Once in the office, playing around 50% of the max sound, I caught some movement in the corner of my eye and looked up - it was the office director standing at my desk, looking at me. How long has he been there? Has he been talking and thinking I’m just ignoring him? As soon as I realized it was because the earbuds were still in my ears, I swiftly pulled earbuds out of my ears. “Sorry, sir! These are noise cancelling for which I couldn’t hear a thing!”Since that, I was thoroughly convinced by the noise-canceling of the earbuds as advertised!The sound quality is pretty solid. No crackles, static, pops, or any abnormal sound. Loud enough and crystal clear. These seemingly gonna work better if they fit tightly in your ear than loosely. Anyway, it is likely to vary with individuals.These fit comfortably and stay snuggly in my little ears as what I want for them. For instance, these stay put while I’m bouncing on the treadmill, but I need to resecure them frequently when my dog pulls me for sprints around the neighborhood. To my surprise, they also last about 8 hours on a single charge! Thanks to these earbuds, I get through numerous books and podcasts. Happy with the purchase.From my point of view, the connectivity is pretty good. Easy to set up and automatic pairing is fantastic. The phone and the case were left in the basement, I had earbuds and went upstairs and even outside without disconnecting.The microphone works well, so my mom reports when I call her, and my coworkers appreciate the earbuds when I use them for our video meetings at work because the mic is better than the computer mic. Clear voice and sound when communicating with others for phone calls or video meetings. Unbelievable!These are reasonably priced earbuds in this range. Would like a second pair. I can compare with (much more expensive) TOZO NC2, which I used before until right earbud starts malfunctioning after a bit over a year. Sound quality is great, I feel even better than on TOZO. Controls are responsive and also better than on TOZO (on which sometimes had a problem on changing volume). The only reason why I give 4 stars is ANS. It is working and sound reduced about 50, maybe 70%, but not compares with TOZO on which I heard just small background noise when turn ANS on. I cannot tell anything about reliability, because use them only about a month. If this company will solve ANS quality problem, I will definitely buy a new model.

I own SONY and JBL earbuds and these are slightly better in my opinion than those. I bought these to replace my 3 year old SONY WF-XB700's which I've used so much they're starting to not hold a charge as long. The controls on these are a little wonky and take some getting used to but they're simple to operate. Bluetooth pairing is the best I've run across. You simply open the case and they pair automatically after the initial setup. Transparency mode and noise cancellation are great on these. They fit great in your ears and come with small, medium and large earbud pads. Sound quality is more like a higher end set of earbuds. I listen to mostly rock and heavy metal and these project the audio back perfectly again like a high end set of earbuds. For the price point these are an excellent buy.

Since I seem to lose these, a $17 pair of headphones is just what I need. The noise canceling isn’t as good as my Jabras, but for 1/10 of the price it’s just fine. They also don’t have all the features, but my iWatch will start and stop podcasts and phone calls better than any earphone anyway, so I don’t miss those features.Been using them for a month and they still work just fine.I recommend these heartily.

Sound was not what was expected

I didn't expect much from these but I lost my Samsung Galaxy buds and decided to give these a try before shelf it another $165. All I can say is Wow. I am glad I tried these. So far the ANC on walks is excellent. Can't speak to how these will do on an airplane but I am very happy with the quality and value. There is no app but they are pretty simple to use. I would buy these again in a heartbeat. I would give these a 5 star if being used as headphones only but on a voice call, the other party had a hard time hearing me (just like the Samsung galaxy buds) so I am taking a star off for that.Update: one of the ear buds stopped charging. No response from seller about warranty coverage.
