I was looking for comfortable folding chairs for our cargo camper and decided to give this one a try. My husband is a foot taller than I am so I didn't think the chair would work for both of us but it does. He can use it exactly as it is and I put in a chair pad and lumbar pillow to make it fit me. I also use a footstool if I'm not rocking. We both agree that it's very comfortable. The 3 different positions for the back make it suitable for both sitting and lounging.I had no problem setting it up right out of the box and my husband was able to put it away easily. It's pretty heavy but I consider that to be a plus. I wanted something sturdy that would last a long time.

The chair is well-designed and comfortable. I would rate it 5 stars. However, mine was missing the plastic cap on one of the rockers, so I contacted the seller both by their email link and phone number and got no response from either. I'm not returning the chair for a minor item, but I do want to let others know that the seller's so-called "customer service" rates 0 stars.

Convenient: it’s so easy to fold up and put back into the chair sleeve.It’s also comfortable to sit in and has a sleek design. The rocking is smooth and has good range.?Compromises: the product has quite a few pinching points, so be careful when folding and unfolding.When the chair is packaged up in the sleeve, it’s a bit bigger than you might expect, so it may fit awkwardly in some smaller car trunks.The armrests have some slight up/down give to them; not a problem, but just a strange feel.Overall, it’s a great chair to sit in and I would recommend it!

My husband has back problems. When we went places, he never could find a chair that was comfortable. It made traveling difficult. Even staying in a cabin, he struggled to be comfortable. Now with this chair, we no longer have to worry about him struggling. This chair is portable and can be leaned back to take the stress off his back. Built well and is comfortable. Thank you!

This chair is comfy and I love the big bag it comes in! I didn't have any issues taking it out, unfolding it, or snapping the legs in. I also didn't have any trouble unwrapping the legs, folding it back up, and inserting it back into the bag. It seems very sturdy, rocks with ease, the back adjusts very easily, and the height of the headrest is AMAZING. That was one of the main reason I went with this particular one, aside from the 2 pockets and the storage bag. It might be a little overpriced, but hey, what isn't these days? If you want a chair that stands out with bonus features, this is it.

All stupidity aside, this chair is well worth the price. I split some silicon hose and applied it to the runners, attaching it with zip ties at the ends, so it really rocks now. It is made with quality materials and I think it will last a long time. I am using it at work as an office chair so, since I will be sitting in it for long stretches of time, I added some padding and covered that with some good leather. I think the world would be a better place if credit were always given where it is due, so I made up my mind to try to do my part by simply telling the truth.

I purchased this chair so I could sit outside while I was recovering from a total knee replacement. I used it for a couple of weeks and loved it! Seemed sturdy, loved the high back & the adjustable settings.Yesterday, I was sitting in my chair enjoying the outdoors as I was cooped up in my house for a bit still recovering. All of a sudden, the back of the chair and armrests dropped to the ground! Thank goodness I had a towel rolled up that I placed behind my neck to give me added support, or my head would have hit the concrete as I landed backwards. Thank the good Lord, the seat section of the chair remained in tact & I was able to grab the frame from under the seat to pull myself up. If not for that, having a total knee replacement, there was no way I could have gotten myself up. I did not have my phone on me as it was a hot day and I did not want my phone to overheat.I was angry as this chair was very dangerous and could have had a bad outcome.I went online after I calmed down later that evening and the contact website Timber Ridge had was invalid. It was a website for a bait and tackle site.The time frame to return it & get refunded passed. There was NO way I was going to replace it with the same chair or same manufacturer!I contacted Amazon to let them know of my experience and also told them the MFG listed website link was invalid.PLEASE rethink purchasing this chair. The gears on the arms are defective. I was fortunate enough that the end result of this experience did not do further damage to my knee, head, etc........
