Good
The media could not be loaded. Would recommend! Budget-friendly yet feels luxuriousI like how the Air Pro feels like a luxury item right out of the box. It’s lightweight and easy to handle, which is great because I don’t like heavy tools. The results are amazing and my hair feels softer and looks shinier after using. The only thing is that it took me a couple of tries to figure out how to use the attachments properly, but once I got the hang of it, it was super easy. Overall, I’m really happy with this purchase, and it’s definitely worth it if you’re looking for something budget friendly and effective!

Purchased in June, Dead in December
Worked well initially but randomly lost power only a minute or two after turning it on one day and the whole thing is no longer usable. I only used this 2-3 times a week and do not have super thick or long hair that would have caused excessive wear and tear. I sent an email to customer service and never received any response even though the dryer is supposed to be covered by a warranty. I'm super upset and would definitely not recommend.

Lightweight yet powerful
The media could not be loaded. I’ve been using the Luxx AirPro for a while now, and I love it! It’s lightweight, easy to handle, and surprisingly powerful—dries my hair faster than my old tools without leaving it frizzy. The design feels premium without the hefty price tag. It took me a moment to get used to the heat settings, but once I did, styling became effortless. Great value for the price!

From a Guy's Perspective (And Also From a Lady's)
Here is a quick short-term review, and unboxing:The first thing I noticed right away when I opened the packaging was the beautiful rigid cream/off-white leather box inside which houses the device and all its components. I saw it beforehand from the marketing photos, but seeing it in person was a great first impression. Open up the box and you see an upper compartment which holds two of the curling attachments. Lift that up and you'll uncover the main compartment below which holds the main device, and the other attachments, which are the hair dryer, and two brush attachments. The device itself looks very sleek and stylish, very modern and futuristic at the same time. It reminds me of the Dyson, which is over $200 more expensive than this Luxx one. I dare to say that this Luxx one is very comparable to the Dyson, except for the lone exception that it is missing that brand name trust factor. The device and all the components and attachments are aesthetically pleasing, and feels very light in the hand and easy to handle and use. You attach them to the device, and then twist to lock them in, and reverse the order to detach them. I like the two-tone design of off-white and rose gold hues, which is consistently portrayed throughout all the components. Bravo to the design team (my significant other absolutely loves the looks and made me write that). In the amount of short time I used them - the dryer for me, and everything for the significant other -I like it a lot. The power is very noticeable, and although I have short, spiky hair, and it only takes less than a minute to fully dry them to damp wet, it nonetheless does its job superbly, especially since the footprint of the drying attachment is so short and compact in comparison to traditional hair dryers. As for the lady, so far she is loving it, and uses it daily. I will include photos shortly, and will do an update in a few month for a long term review. So why did I rate it four stars instead of five if the lady and I love it so much? The biggest factor is the unknown of this new brand. If it was already established, I would wholeheartedly try to convince you to buy this instead of spending over $200 more for the Dyson equivalent. So I will update the rating to five stars if it still works as great six months from now. Another nitpick is the box itself is confusing to figure out how to open the very first time I tried to open it. Because the box is so nice, I didn't want to damage it in any way, so I was very gentle in trying to open it, and that was my mistake. Give it a good yank up and the lid will open just fine. In the end, money matters to most people, so if you want to invest in an extremely high quality product, but don't want to spend $500 for it, this is an excellent middle ground option that saves you over $200 while still being high quality and highly efficient.

the best multi-styler tool
The media could not be loaded. Loved it so here’s a review video. Very easy to use if you’re new to styling, it holds best when your hair is just slightly damp. I spray mine with a spray mist bottle of water and it does the trick. So much healthier for your hair than a hot tool. Worth it.

Defective Dryer. Non responsive customer service
Do not buy this hairdryer. The dryer worked for only 5 months and then shorted out. For a $300 device, that is totally unacceptable. I cannot get the company to answer calls or respond to emailed inquiries about a replacement or refund. The attachments barely worked. Save yourself the headache and the money and just buy the revlon volume dryer or splurge for the Dyson who actually has adequate customer service.

I did not like this product at all!
This product is nothing like I thought it was going to be. The dryer takes forever to dry and I have thin hair. The wand attachments was the main reason I bought this and it barely curls. Very expensive not worth it!

ehh
the blow drying brush isn't sturdy and since I use it the most the screw comes off so you have to screw it back in
