Faulty Cables – Disappointed with Quality
Both included Type-C cables were not working right out of the box. Only the Micro USB cable was in new and unused condition. I had previously returned another unit, but this time I didn’t have the time or patience to go through the return process again—especially since the device didn’t even show a registered user. Very disappointed with the packaging quality and lack of usable accessories for the price.

Love this product. It was hard to set up, but once I did it was easy sailing. It was easy to connect to the XBox and customize to for my slow fingers to navigate. It functions as it should for someone my age. It is built very well and was definitely worth the money. Great Product!!!!

Mas, se você for um pouco mais dedicado a ponto de ver e seguir os guias criados pelos criadores do produto, fazer ele funcionar, usar ele e resolver algum problema não será impossível. Se tiver o conhecimento técnico e falar inglês, ou estiver disposto a aprender, só vai facilitar mais. Recomendo o produto.

Extremely difficult to use or set up. Even when set up properly and have scripts on the zen it still gives me issues with my Xbox controller. Difficult to get the support you need, even on the discord app. I would like to return it but I’m 2 days past my 30 day mark.
