No Gastro Distress
I had been struggling with gastrointestinal issues, and not sure which supplement might be causing it...By the process of elimination, I realized it was the Magnesium Threonate, and w/the Glycinate, no issues... I need magnesium for leg cramps and better sleep; this one is working!

Helps with sleep
This a a great supplement. I work in healthcare and have suggested this product to patients who have e trouble sleeping. It is a little more expensive than some magnesium glycinate but after doing some research I found it to work better than others I have tried.
