Best wireless charging case for the money - minor quality issues
- The look and feel of the case is great. The case is slim but appears to provide good protection. I would prefer a little more of a bezel on the the front to protect the face, but I feel good than anything short of a flush face down drop would be survivable.- So far the wireless charging seems to work fairly well with most of my chargers. I have one cradle style charger where the charging coil in the case doesn't seem to line up perfectly with the one in the charging cradle, its close enough to charge but i've learned I need to slide the phone into the cradle so that the cradle detects the phone, and starts charging. Once charging starts everything works fine. I haven't noticed the phone getting especially hot, or at least not any more so than my Samsung S8+ with its native wireless charging. Charging speed seems to be reasonable as well.- As other reviewers have noted, the lighting plug at the bottom is very stiff to slide in or out of the phone. Inserting is no problem, but getting the lighting plug out can be challenging. I would recommend using a screwdriver or some other tool to remove the device so that you can remove the plug with more control. The plug looks to be retained by two little plastic nubs, and if those nubs break off the plug will likely slide right out. That being said, from appearances, even if the plug broke off, the design appears as though the plug should still be useable, so long as you dont remove it. You just wont be able to retain it on the case itself.- As at least one other reviewer mentioned, the case can make it a little difficult to insert some lightning cables without some finagling. The amount of extra tolerance I've found I require is less than a millimeter an I should be able to shave off about that much with a hobby knife to make things much easier.- I tried the Nilikin case as well, overall despite its shortcomings I like this Youstoo case much better. The protection from the youstoo case which is really the cases primary purpose is vastly superior to the nilikin. There are some quality issues, but this appear to be surmountable, and all relate mainly to the lighting plug. If you anticipate only occasionally needing to actually use a lighting cable, these issues should present no problem at all.

Great, for 5 months...
According to my Amazon Order page, I purchased this case in mid-March of this year. And if you're looking for a case that will last almost exactly 5 months before keeling over and dying, look no further.Even before it stopped charging my phone while on a business trip in a country that is shockingly lacking in regular iPhone charging cables, the case was mediocre at best. My use case is a charging stand on my bedside table, a Qi pad on my desk, and a Qi-compatible charging nook built into my truck. This case fed my made-up OCD by causing me to constantly readjust the phone's placement on any of the three charging platforms I use, as the effective position of the phone on the pad is roughly the width of a human hair. Seriously, I can't count how many times I placed the phone on my night table charging stand only to find a dead phone in the morning, as the case abruptly decided to stop charging sometime around midnight.Seriously, all jokes aside, don't buy this case. When it works, it gets so hot it may as well melt the cheap plastic it's made of, and you'll be lucky to find the "sweet spot" that will actually enable it to function in the first place. But honestly, I wouldn't even worry about that fact as it will likely kick the bucket within 6 months of being on your phone.

It's okay
This case seems very durable, that's not my issue. First, I could only find it in black, no big deal right? Well the inside of my purse is black. My car interior is black. I keep "losing" it. Second, the area around the lightning port is a little too small for some of my charging cords. It won't so in flush, so it has fallen out during the night and I don't have a fully charged phone. And last, the reason I bought this case was because of the wireless charging in my car. It has to sit just right in order for it to charge. The last case I had was way easier to use, but wasn't durable. I bought 3 of them in 12 - 14 months so I thought I would try this one. I don't know if I will continue to use it, I'll have to wait and see how much it continues to annoy me.

Flip out charging port for iPhone cable doesn’t match up.
I wanted to like this case (the case is great by the way) and it changed well on the Yootech Qi pad I purchased for my spouse’s iPhohe 8. But the functionality I found most intriguing was that you could pop out the wireless port and plung in your charging cable... welp... hold that thought. The port does not match up. I tried original Apple cable, Amazon, Anker, a thin/flat one I got in the $5 Wal-Mart bin (long shot, I realize) and none would stay. So based on this, I am returning as it doesn’t cut the mustard as a multi-use/multi-function wired/wireless case.

Solid case/charger
This case is very nice. Its solid, not flimsy. Although I do wish the case had more texture on the back (for non slip purposes), its primary function of being a case and wirelessly charging works perfectly so far. I have a standard wireless charger I was using with my Samsung and it works with it. I would buy another one if I ever needed it. I should mention that I have a magnet that I use to attach my phone to my car dash. I was able to take the magnet, put it in this case and it still worked with both connecting to the magnetic base and also the wireless charger.

Great Qi case
I have had this case for 7 months, the price I paid was not much. I like that is converts your non Qi phone to a Qi phone and still allows access, without removing the case to access the charging / headphone port. I am hard on cases, so I consider them sacrificial lambs. This one lasted a long 7 months for me, then the charging was often not complete. When plugged in manually, it was. The charger was working correctly, tried it on an iPhone X. So I contacted YOUSTOO and they, without hesitation, offered a refund or replacement. I took the replacement. Great company to do business with.
