Q: Do these have cloth in between the toes?

Yes, it is the same cloth/material that is used to go over the top of your foot. These are the most comfortable flip flops I have EVER owned!

Q: What is the height of the heel?

The heel is thicker, 1 in. It also has great traction on the bottom. Doesn't slide around if its wet.

Im not sure what you mean....they don't give you the heel to toe measurement as I remember - but.....they do run small -----I can wear a 9 in a Clarks Sandal but had to send back the 9 on the sketchers which they promptly exchanged for a 10 for me.

Q: Do they have the go mat sole?

My wife has GOGA MAX sole and they are very comfortable.
