This isn't a mug I would recommend for someone who might have to hold a mug while walking around a lot as the thin handle doesn't make for the most comfortable grip. However, everything else about it is perfect. It is very easy to clean and keeps drinks warm for the claimed period of time. Overall I am happy with my purchase as the only time I am really holding it by the handle is when walking it to the car or from the car to inside the building and I like the sleek profile of the mug lookswise. I purchased the lavender/purple mug and the colour is very true to the photos.

I bought both a Yeti and this cup. I filled both with ice and left on the counter. Both kept the ice cold the same amount of time. It took 3 days for the ice to completely melt. I agree the handle could be more comfortable. Also, having to clean by hand is kind of a pain. Otherwise, I really like this cup.

I wanted to like this mug. It was a pretty color pink and has a matte rubber like finish, but it was poor quality. The finish is chipping off after a few uses. The plastic lid became etched after the first use when I put lemon juice in my water. It looks dirty but can’t be cleaned.This mug is supposed to be insulated but it won’t hold heat or cold at all. Didn’t want to spend the money for a Stanley but in this case I got an inferior mug for a cheap price.

I appreciate the size of the mug. The insulation is a bit weak. I can keep coffee warm if I first heat the cup with hot water. But, it doesn’t hold heat as long as advertising. Overall though, I am happy with the quality

Love the peach/orange color. Size, fit and look are nice. Definitely worth the low price. However, in the world of "you get what you pay for", there is definitely a punctured hole in the bottom that doesn't penetrate to the cup, just can be seen when the bottom label is removed. Seems that water will get in the bottom compartment when washed, but I'll give it a go for the positive features.

I brought this cup for my 95 year old mother. She loves having the handle on the cup because it makes it easier for her to handle. It also keeps her beverages hot or cold for many hours. I planning on buying a couple more of this cup for Christmas gifts. Love, Love, Love it!

Du café a coulé sur l’extérieur de la tasse et malgré les nombreuses fois où j’ai essayé de la nettoyer, elle reste tachée. Décevant. Sinon le café reste quand même chaud, mais le couvercle n’est pas vraiment fiable.
