Bought this for my daughter who was 12 at the time. Loved the novelty of it but didnt last. I took over and had lots of fun with. Brought back lots of memories. ;-)

It’s cute. I like the fact that this series is different from your standard series. Your raising angels that do good deeds so their needs are slightly different compared to a normal tama. It’s cute as it changes things up a bit and gives the gameplay side of things a different nudge. That being said I would love for the growth chart and better instructions to be included as I had to do a lot of searching online to figure some stuff out. It’s also super small so wouldn’t be suitable if you’ve got big fingers! Otherwise, it’s another one ticked off my tama collection so I can’t complain. Also love the design.

Just like the old ones. Seems to work well so far. The only point I'd improve is for it to have a backlight. The screen is dim and you can only see what the buttons are if there's a light shining on its It's small enough to fit in a pocket but no issues with little fingers using them. The instructions are good to get going but you'll need to work out what to do once it's hatched. Note for the discipline button, you should only use it if the Tamagotchi calls for attention but doesn't need anything (hearts are full) or refuses to eat/play when hearts are low. Here is your quick-start guide: 1. Getting Started Pull the Tab: Remove the plastic battery tab from the side to activate the device. The Reset: If the screen is blank or frozen, use a pen tip to gently press the Reset button on the back. Setting the Clock: Press B (middle button) to see the clock screen. Press A (left) and C (right) simultaneously to enter "Set" mode. Use A to change the hour and B to change the minutes. Press C to finish. The Hatch: After setting the time, an egg will appear. It will hatch in exactly 5 minutes. 2. The Three Buttons Button A (Left): Select / Cycle through icons. Button B (Middle): Confirm / Select / View Clock (when no icons are highlighted). Button C (Right): Cancel / Back / Return to the main screen. 3. Care Icons & Functions 🍴 Feed - Choose Meal (fills hunger) or Snack (fills happiness). Warning: Too many snacks cause weight gain and sickness. 💡 Light - Turn the light OFF when the Tamagotchi goes to sleep (usually between 8–11 PM). 🕹️ Play Start the mini-game. On Gen 2, this is the Numbers Game. 💉 Medicine - Use this if a skull icon appears or if your pet refuses to eat. 🚽 Bath - Flushes the screen to clean up poop. Do this immediately to prevent sickness. 🌡️ Status - Check Age, Weight, Hunger, Happiness, and Discipline levels. 📢 Discipline - Use this if your pet beeps for attention but has full hearts (scolding) or if it refuses to eat when hungry. 4. How to Play: Numbers Game (Gen 2) A number from 1 to 9 will appear on the left. You must guess if the hidden number on the right is higher or lower than the one shown. Press A for Lower or B for Higher. You need to win 3 out of 5 rounds to increase happiness and lose weight. 5. Tips Weight Management: Keep your Tamagotchi's weight low. Playing games is the best way to fill happiness without making them overweight (better than giving cake) Discipline Matters: Don't ignore the "Attention" beep if the hearts are full. Disciplining them properly is the key to getting the "good" adult characters like Mimitchi. Sound Control: If you need some peace, press A and C at the same time on the main screen to toggle the sound on/off.

Love my tamagotchi. The colour is even better than on the photo. Works perfectly fine. Comes with battery pre-installed, so you can run it straight from the box. I made a beaded case for mine (IG @marinamandarinawoolyworld)

Not like they used to be they are lot needier than I remember back in the 90’s and they die a lot quicker. I’ve left it dead because it was annoying

Here’s a tip. Don’t over feed it or it’ll die. Since it morphed after day 2 or whatever it was, I’ve not fed it one snack. I’m now on day 9 or something and it weighs 22oz. I’m wondering how long it’s got left because I can’t keep playing that monotonous game with it just to make sure it’s happy. That’s the gist of it; you feed it, you play the game, you clean up its poop, you give it medication (usually if you’ve over fed it), and turn the lights off when it goes to sleep. People have given it one star because their grandkids got bored - sorry, that’s not the tamagotchi’s fault, that’s the kid’s attention span and the fact they’d rather be doing a dance for TikTok.

Bellissimo giocattolino anni 90. Un tuffo nel passato. Il prodotto funziona bene ma non ha molte funzioni, le classiche di quei tempi. Se devo lasciare una critica dico che non c'è un tasto per spegnerlo e durante la notte a volte suona perché l'animaletto richiede assistenza, ho dovuto togliere le batterie.
