Decent for the price but keep your expectations low...
I bought this product for a costume that will be ruined during the performance so cheap was the goal since I purchased six. It's described as a wrap though so I was expecting an adjustable piece with a tie. It is not. It's just a mildly stretchy waistband with four panels. I usually like an 8 in women's jeans or wear small/medium depending on the style, leggings, etc. I could've have made this better but not for the price since I don't need it to last. If you're not expecting much, this is the perfect cover up! :-P

Narrow waist despite elastic band
Loved skirt but waist too tight. Had no other alternative than to pull one side of waist away from other with all my might!

Cute on a Budget
I'm 5'5" and 130-135 pounds. I purchased this bathing suit cover up skirt in white and really liked it. It fit well around my waist and felt sexy but still provided coverage. The material is sheer so you'll still be able to see your undergarments, swimsuit, or whatever you're wearing underneath.I do have to agree with the other reviews that state it's cheaply made. Some of the hems appear to be unfinished, there's extra thread bunched together in knots, and it just doesn't seem well-made. It's great for the price if you're looking for one-time wear or possibly a mini vacation. I just wouldn't expect it to match much longer.

Cheap and short. I expected it to be longer and more flowy . You can see the thread stitched throw it . Made poorly. But it got me through my beach vacation.

Underwhelming
While the skirt resembles the photo description somewhat, the sample they used for the photo shopt obviously has much more fullness in it. When worn, it's obvious that they put in as little fabric as possible, thus sacrificing the billowy effect. It's rather disappointing.

For the price point it is really great. I like it and I feel a little coverage at the pool and it is sexy.
