Great heat pad, long lasting and easy to use. The washable cover is also a nice to have.

This product works well & its a bigger size then my previous wheat bag, covering a bigger area. Doesn't always seem to hold the heat for the same length of time though. Having said that I'd still recommend this product

I bought this pad as a gift for my mom who has arthritis and is in constant pain, after I bought one for myself and I realised how helpful it will be, it's very easy to use, it's made of high quality, it's very comfortable, doesn't smell. She now use it constantly and is extremely happy as the heat retention after 2.5 min in the microwave last for almost an hour. It's also very durable. I can never regret this buy.

Nice looking heat pad plus it comes with a washable cover. However it's a shame that the cover hides the lovely design of the pad. I've only used it half a dozen times and have already ordered another one. Recent news reports of these types of pads burning causing fires so I'm a little worried as I do like mine to be quite hot so I've been taking it out of the microwave after 6 mins and it stays hot for a long time. My last pad from a different company I had for a long time but on the last use it had folded slightly in the microwave and burnt a hole in it. I wish they weren't so expensive as I'd order a few more as I want to put four in my bed during this cold weather! Each time I've ordered I've received it practically the next day and I'm not Prime. Comes packaged very well in a strong cardboard box too. Would love to buy these as gifts for friends but can't afford it.

Softest heat pad out there. I love this heat pad, as it retains it's heat for much longer than most heat pads i've tried.Really good for legs and just so soft and comfortable to use.Will be buying some more for my kids.

Quality well made, soft and very easy to use. The problem is that it doesn't retain the heat for more than 20 mins max. I can see why some people like it because they can place it directly on an area that needs treatment. In my view the fact that it doesn't stay warm long enough is disappointing. The hot water bottle solutions are better in my view and last longer.

This heat pad is really nice, easy to use and comfy for back related issues. It is quite generous in depth and heats up really quickly.I have only scored 4 stars as I found that for using on my back or neck the heat pad contents would fall to the lowest point in the pad and as a back heat support you really do want it a consistent level of surface area and not forming any ridges. It is easily shaken out and put back into position. However this is only a minor issue in the grand scheme of things and I would thoroughly recommend the product

Buy one. They’re good. A really nice size heat pack and great for aches and pains.
