Good functionality according to its price
Nice product . Easy to use . Very much user friendly. Very much light weight . The connectivity was very much efficient and the most liked part of it was it's stability that's very stable during bike shots

Good product but can have improvements
Update: If you are living in Delhi, go for it. The customer support is really nice. You can get there number from contact us page in there website. They will not hesitate to change the product if there is a problem :) -------- I live in Delhi and got my gimble delivered yesterday. The gimbal is well built, case is nice. The tripod stand provided with the gimbal is not reliable. I will recommend using other tripods for safety for you phone and gimbal. I use it with my iPhone 7. The gimbal pro app works fine and I face no connectivity problems. Cons: The zoom in zoom out function is not buttery smooth. On Few edges the finishing is not up to the mark. Had they provided a better tripod and worked on finishing(very minor) and app, it could have easily beaten DJI. I have seen many people are getting bad products but Luckily I got a good one! I will recommend you to use it for hours initially so if there is any problem you can catch it in few days and ask for refund.

Good product, but bad mobile app
The product is fine, worked as expected. It's mobile application has some cool features like Panaroma (180 & 340 Degree), Movement Locks, Face Detection and follow, but the thing is, it's mobile application does not work. It's some 3rd party app supported by Digitek, this stupid application keeps crashing, face detection feature is shitty as well. If you wanna use Gimbal without the app, then it's good (but without the app and its features, gimbal is not worth this much amount)

Disappointed with Faulty Product Delivery – Digitech Gimbal from Amazon
I recently ordered this Digitech gimbal from Amazon, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The product that arrived was faulty and clearly not functioning as described. Upon unboxing, I noticed that the gimbal was either previously used or poorly handled during shipping. It did not power on properly, and the stabilization feature was completely unresponsive. I contacted Amazon support immediately, and while the response time was decent, the resolution process was frustratingly slow. For a tech product like this, especially something as precise as a gimbal, proper handling and delivery are crucial. This experience has left me quite disappointed, as I expected better quality control from both Digitech and Amazon. I hope they take better care in future deliveries and ensure all products are tested and securely packed before shipping. Rating: 1/5 ---
