We have had numerous issues with the battery that came with our original laptop. My daughter has been begging for a replacement and to be honest, I wasn't about to buy the same brand battery with all the issues that we've had from the get-go. I bought this battery purely on reviews and reasonable price point compared to the name brand trouble-maker. I am so grateful I did. My daughter thinks I'm the best ever mom now because I finally got her a battery that worked from the start. Not one problem for a month (so far)...and we're hoping that this streak continues.

Holds a decent charge. In the past I went back to OEM batteries as they don't cost much more and last a bit longer. This time I specifically bought non-OEM since this is an older design and I wanted a newer manufacturing date instead of an OEM battery that's been sitting on a shelf for years. So far it's working great.

The battery arrived in record time, and basically saved my a$$. I am a reporter and got stuck working on my tablet, until the battery arrived, which was a real pain. My only complaint--which is actually my own fault-- is that I actually got a bit less battery life than I had hoped, but I have poor eyesight and keep my brightness at full, so my computer eats battery power. Will definitely buy another one, from same seller, for back-up, as soon as I can afford it.

I am very pleased with the battery. I have not used my laptop a lot but it held charge for a long time the other day. I am using it for genealogy work and was using it several hours at a time. I will update after a month or so but pleased as of now.

This replacement battery is working great, no problems and great price. If needed, I will continue to purchase from this company.

Purchased in May, 2022. Seemed ok when new. I had the laptop plugged into the charger pretty much from the time I bought it to now. Without the power connected the battery faded to 26 minutes remaining, then then 12 minutes remaining one minute later. So I've got to find another battery but I won't be buying this one again.

Used this battery on my HP Compaq Presario CQ56. It working very well, no problem yet. Laptop was not charging, don't know if it was the battery or the cord. Taken in the consideration the age of the laptop and that the battery hasn't been replaced I started with the battery replacement.
