This was definitely used, it had sludge on the inside of the package where someone sent it back after trying to sharpen it, it has wear marks all over it and I can't even turn the thumb screws.The package was never stapled back together , the box even said NEW on it. I know it was inexpensive, but this is not how you conduct business.
