Q: Will this work on poulan 2150 type 4?

The tool is kind of a standardized size. I imagine it could and for the low price. If it's off a bit and you modify the tool to work, your not out a fortune like buying snap on. I bought it knowing I'll likely be doing a clutch in my newer crapsman light duty 18" saw, it's been a good saw, homeowner grade for sure which is why I think this will fit your saw as most of the models listed are reusing hardware across a large body of different saws. If you got a high end saw like a 50cc I'd say it wouldn't because it's a totally different grade saw, your running the thinner bar.
