I started a major diet a couple weeks ago and was finding myself hungry and wanting to eat something crunchy. These chips were well within my diet and satisfied all my cravings. One flavor was a little spicy, but still good, so my husband, who is not dieting, was happy to eat those. Also, I would like a larger size bag to be available since each bag only has 2 servings.I would recommend this product to anyone trying to get in more protein and diet.

Yum!! these are delicious, they serve as a perfect crunch factor that I was missing on my keto diet. I don’t even miss chips anymore :-)I wish they weren’t quite so expensive, but they are worth it they are very rich, so you can’t eat a lot at a time.And for those who leave negative reviews because of the price or the size of the bag...Reeally?? You knew what the price was when you knew bought them and you also knew the size of the bag. Review the product, not your judgement.

It took a few bites before they grew on me, and then I ate the whole package, they have the crunch if that is important to you, it is to me! If I needed a snack, these are great for a Carnivore die. However, I was doing at max a 4 hr eating window and 20 hr fast, so now that I had a carnivore snack, they messed it up. Because of the price and/or the small quantity, plus having the snack around is not productive to my diet I won't purchase again. In fairness they are cheese, and cheese is more expensive that flour, so the price may be fair for the ingredients.

These make tasty snacks for low carb/Keto diets but they used to come in bigger packs and cost less. Cost was over $16 for a 3-pack of small (like sandwich sized) bags of different flavors and much of them were in crumbs. $5+/bag is too much but if you want to "splurge" on a snack, they are tasty and convenient.

I was introduced to these my a friend who is on the KETO diet. This is a beautiful combination of my two favorite things with an even better twist! Chips and Cheese! These are even better though, because they are just chip like cheese crisps! These three flavors are incredible as well. Ive tried a few other flavors that are a little more on the line of being a dog treat or bad road snack, but these are incredible. I love snacking on them like I would chips or even using them as a topping on salads, casseroles, and I even sneak some into my sandwiches. They are my favorite things in the world. And I have yet to meet someone who does not like them, unless of course they dislike cheese.

Product is good, bought previously in local stores. These are chips or bites. Imagine buying potato chips, using the bag for a seat cushion, driving 4 hours on a bumpy dirt road, then opening them for eating. CRUMBS at best. And it wasn't just the delivery. They were packaged as a bundle and flattened before they went into the paper envelope to sit underneath mega pounds of delivery weight. If these come in anything less than a large box, don't even accept delivery.. Besos is skimping on packaging to save himself millions and you get CRUMBS!!!

These are absolutely delicious. I'm on the ketogenic diet and I had a hard time giving up potato chips and crackers. These satisfy my craving for something crunchy and they won't kick me out of ketosis. And they have only one ingredient: cheese! So I'm not putting useless and unhealthy fillers in my body. I would like to know if the cheese comes from grass-fed cows. The only real down side is I can't find these in stores. So until then I'll keep ordering them here!

I have made these from scratch... these are just as good... but I did not have to make them... win/win ;)However, you will see low ratings from people who loved them but rated them poorly because the did not like the price they paid... this irks me... so don't buy them! But I was tickled to find these tasty treats... Hope you enjoy them too! And if you can find them cheaper than Amazon's price... go for it!!!
