The 3” waste cap is very hard to loosen. You want to ensure a tight cap for no leakage…. However, my small hands and lack of grip strength made it impossible to unscrew the waste cap. Recommend women get a sink drain wrench 🔧 or man to help💪🏼. The portable toilet is great and was easy and convenient in my camper van. Highly recommend this item. No smell, no leaks, no smears, no problems. A++

This is an excellent camp toilet. Well manufactured with quality long lasting materials. It is easy to operate and empty when needed. The built in features are awesome- such as the flush function and the gauge showing how full the bottom tank is. Highly recommended for camping, off grid outings or emergencies.

This is being used for a temporary bathroom setup while the bathroom is being renovated, so it's used frequently. We have never needed to use the vent feature or had issues with blowback.First off, the toilet works very well for what it is. As long as the seal is closed, there's no odor. The flush mechanism works fine...the added orange spout is worth it for emptying--this was a feature other similar models lacked. Overall, it's worth the price.The attached sprayer that comes with this is absolute garbage. It leaks and comes apart A LOT. We replaced it with the regular cap and filled up a 2 dollar spray bottle with water to replace this "feature."My biggest gripe, however, is the shape of the toilet. For a guy, your options are an uncomfortable tuck in between your body and the lid or just resting the fellas on the lid...neither of which are great...tucking the boys in there will lead to them making contact with the bowl/underside of the lid...which is bad enough if you just use water, but if you use any chemicals in your clean water tank, your little buddy is coming in contact with those chemicals. I wish they offered a more oblong version for this reason.

I would highly recommend this product. It works like a charm. When our plumbing all went out, we bought this porta potty, and it was so easy to clean easy to take apart. Highly recommend.

My wife and I drive a semi truck together or what we call team truck drivers. We need a port-a-pot for traveling so that when the one who is sleeping wakes up and needs a bathroom, we do not need to make a quick stop. This unit is very nice and convenient. Just don’t take the drain cap off close to where you are emptying it. It fell in and we were unable to use it. I contacted the seller and they kindly are replacing the cap. I highly recommend this product and the seller.

I have this in my trailer and use it 3-4 days a week. It seals up tight and there are no doors when the valve is closed. Just 2 side snaps and it's off and ready to drain. I'm very happy with this purchase.

This item combines 3 important features for any portable toilet -1. Indicator on how full - useful if you do use it frequently - although not stated any where - you should clean it out weekly unless you absolutely are in a remote location. Then the approximate 50 uses before it fills up are plentiful for your average user.2. The included spray head that you can attach to where you add clean water - is the ultimate option to keep it clean - Jackson Pollock is no match for being able to spot spray - a traditional toilet brush is unnecessary as you can adjust the stream of the spray to get all debris gone.3. The extended tube to empty the toilet is a better option than the ones with the opening flush to the body - you want that extension to be able to empty this without any backsplash mess.If it needs to be said - but not mentioned - there is a button to press to remove the pressure buildup - useful if you don't use it daily - at which point it is very important that when you "flush" you have the lid down so there is no "eruption" of gasses through your crap - also - especially if you don't buy any tank odor control or other - you will need to be aware that when you flush or vent there will be smell - so either have some good ventilation or use outside - otherwise if you can get some odor control pods for like RV tanks - simply dilute - or in my opinion - just add to the water tank so it's like those blue tabs for toilets - it will be in every flush.Also the bowl is shallow compared to your average toilet - so you can do either option - you can flush to add an inch or so of water before you go - and definitely can still use toilet sprays that control the odor - or you can just go and then flush after - just remember again - put the lid down - the lid does a pretty good job of also keeping odors at bay while you are finishing up - but this is just depending on your tolerance for smells. Otherwise - you will want to make sure the bowl is clean after flushing - and I would say that adding an inch of water and using an odor spray like poopouri is useful because not only does it control the smell - it also adds a layer / coat on the bowl so debris goes down easier and doesn't stick as much - hence making it easier to clean, so you can spray some odor control and then clean the bowl- and again - the included spray is very useful - you can also use a bleach in spray form to help clean - and if cleaned fairly quickly you may not need to ever have to use a brush in the bowl - but it's up to you how deeply you want to clean it from time to time.Height seems fine and also bowl is fairly comfortable if you happen to need to sit longer than a couple minutes -

It’s very easy to use in all aspects of using this toilet. Dumping it is so simple. Perfect for one person. I dump mine twice a week. Rinse it out and put it back together! I do not use the sprayer option. The pump does a great job with the t spray cleaning and filling the bowl.

This is a quality product. Is it exactly as described. I had one slight issue with it after using for a while and the company was right on top of troubleshooting the problem with me. Great customer service.
