This pouring kettle is incredible, is well-built and does everything that is needed. While the buttons are a bit ambiguous as to what they do, a quick read of the manual will tell you everything you need to know and the buttons are laid out well, easy to press and register flawlessly. The temperature reading is precise and on point, heats up quickly, and the all white kettle is easily one of the most beautiful kettles out there. While the spout could “reach out” a bit more, as sometimes the neck of the spout would hit the edge of my pour over brewer, it isn’t too much of a hassle to manually bend it with a set of pliers, if you are so inclined.

I love this tea kettle. It's not perfect. The controls are needlessly confusing and could be labeled without losing any style points. And the kettle is arguably a little small (though I have overfilled it and not had an issue).But it heats quickly, holds the heat well, and pours incredibly well. We use it daily for pour overs and tea and it is highly reliable. We also love the style. If you think you do, and you understand its weaknesses, you will not go wrong with this kettle. I ultimately recommend it highly.

This is a phenomenally well-functioning and aesthetically pleasing kettle.Great pour control, quality build, thoughtful design elements, fantastic temperature control, highly-accurate temperature reading and friendly interface.Looks good in any room of the house. I bought it for my computer desk in my bedroom for Japanese tea brewing and Chinese gong fu tea brewing sessions.I'm not a coffee drinker, but there's not doubt in my mind that this product would triumph at pour-over coffee brewing.

We’re loving this kettle. We upgraded to this after our previous kettle kicked the bucket. It’s a bit pricey, but definitely worth it if you will be using your kettle a lot.We are mainly a tea drinking household, with coffee only every now and then. The Fellow Stag (probably the biggest competitor to this one, and at a similar price point) just pours so slow that filling a cup of tea to steep takes ages and it’s impossible to get a quick steep for gongfu style brewing. This one has a great pour speed though, which you can control very easily to have it pour fast or slow based on your needs.The temp control is excellent and it heats up in a flash, super fast! Love the preset temp and the quick boil button too.Really pleasing to use and feels well built and substantial. I love the beep to alert when heating is done so I don’t miss it. You can turn the beep off though, if you prefer to have it stay quiet.

I'm an avid tea drinker and this kettle is absolutely amazing. The temperature setting for the various teas (green, oolong, etc.) is perfect. The pouring spout is great. A little pricey, but worth every penny.

To start, this kettle has been working well for 6 months. It really is a good kettle, it looks great, it maintains temp, it has all the features you could possibly want, but there are just some things that I wish it did better.1) It pours too quickly when brewing pourover coffee for a single person. At least include some kind of a flow restrictor to let me reduce the flow a tiny bit. There's only one after market option out there and even that one is too restrictive along with not being advertised to even fits this kettle.2) When I lift the kettle off the base to do a V60, I would like for it to continue maintaining temp. I can understand why they didn't do it, i.e. you take it off and pour all the water out, then stick it back on the base 🔥, but maybe a switch for me to choose the other option would be nice or some kind of sensor to detect an empty tank. It's just too easy to forget to turn back on the maintain temp setting after either 1) pre-rinsing the paper/brew basket, or 2) pouring the bloom phase (especially with the family in the kitchen). Even if you forget right after pouring the bloom phase, the water temp really falls off for the remainder of the brew (~5C of change by the end). This is especially true when doing a light roast at boiling temp (looking at you Newton's law of cooling). The heating element just does not have enough residual heat to carry it through the full bloom and pouring phases.

Excellent kettle! I have bought a few and they don't last with as often as I use them. This one has held up well! It is absolutely beautiful and heats water quickly. The settings are very easy to adjust and can be changed between Fahrenheit and celsius. The instructions can be me with a handy chart on temperature guide for specific drinks. I highly recommend this kettle if you want a beautiful and functional addition to your kitchen.

Highly inefficient, poor quality, over complicated, and lacking features of a cheap £5 kettle. Not suitable for UK use - no limescale filter. Highly inefficient with poor choice of materials and poor design - heats the room and water temperature drops too fast for pour over due to using metal and no double wall design. There are too many buttons - who needs to convert the temperature from Celcius to Fahrenheit every single time they heat water? What happens if you have a guest - how are they going to press the right button to boil water? Also, outside quickly becomes stained with water marks. Don't believe the 5-star reviews giving a star for every button.

I've been using this beautiful art work for 3 weeks, and all my friends who come to see me love it. I love it and has made making a cuppa very pleasurable. I don't do coffee, so I don't use all the features it has. You can select the temperature, switch off beeping as when it clicks off you can hear that, there is a quick boil feature as well as a keep hot button, and it's so light and easy to pour, as the goose neck helps with pouring, as you tip the kettle rather than lifting your arm up to pour. I have shoulder problems, and this is brilliant!It is really light and holds about 3 smallish mugs worth, which is great for me, as I live on my own, but most of all, it is so beautiful.

We had bought this kettle in January 2022, in November 2022 it stopped heating the water.We liked the way the kettle looks. We enjoyed to use it for pour over coffee. It is great that it can boil 1l and could replace our ordinary kettle.I was sad that some of the colour peeled off within less than a year. Luckily it broke within the time of warranty. The returns policy was confusing. There was a link that sent me to email someone who is based in India and couldn't help me. When I used the chat function for Amazon the issue was resolved within less than 5min, we returned the kettle and got a refund. I have to say that's the best costumer service I have ever experienced.
