Portion Control Plate - Ez Plate Makes Portion Control Easy

I love this - one dish to for all food. Heat up everything in the microwave at the same time. I would recommend it to family and friends, who are sincere about controlling portions of food. Good serving dish.

These plates are helping me so much with portion control and rewireing my thinking of how much of each food group I need! Use them all the time! It also has a cover of you want to eat one plate and save a second for leftovers! Great creation!

My friend has been trying to lose weight and she was telling me that part of her issue was portion and calorie intake with food. She has a busy life, and does not have the time to sort out how much of each food she can have. She was just buying frozen dinner items to make sure she had the right calories at least. I got her this and the instructions on food choice were so simple she now uses this as her main plate!!

I paid almost 20 dollars for this item and I am so dissapointed.. It definitely not worth the price I paid...

I received this item quickly, It is a lightweight clear plastic plate with a snap on lid. This item would be great to take your lunch or dinner to work or a picnic. I felt that the instructional booklet is confusing and could be more instructional. I personally recommend that people buy this great product, and buy a book called "The portion teller plan by Lisa R Young Ph.D, R.D. to compliment it. I think these two items together could change your life!I also see where these two items together could be great for independent living and diabetic education programs.And if you want to loose your weight permanently, Add Marianne Williamsons book "A course in weight loss, 21 spiritual lessons for surrendering your weight forever"

I just used my weight plate yesterday 6/2/13. And I think Im going to like it very much so. It have the different measuring portions on it with a little additives for dressing portions etc. overall i like it

Being the cheapskate that I am I opted for this portion control plate because it was less expensive than others I spotted online. It turned out to be glorified measuring cups. I didn't want something this precise. It would make calorie counting easier if that is what I wanted. I just wanted a place for meat, carbs, and then another larger compartment for salad, vegetables and fruit. I should have read the description more carefully. My fault entirely.
