It keeps your iron from falling out
Good design. We keep our iron in a cluttered closet, and our old iron kept getting knocked to the floor. This hanger has a sturdy metal frame that keeps the iron safe.

Works great!
Easy to install. Small profile mounted inside a closet. Works well. Keeps both pieces together, off the floor and tidy. I haven't actually ironed, so I don't know its heat resistance.

Basic, Wall-Mount Ironing Board & Iron Hanger
This is a straightforward, no frills ironing board and iron hanger. The product cones in three (3) pieces and assembled in seconds. Screws and anchors are included, but I’d prefer to use my own since the included hardware is cheap.Unfortunately, the shape of this was-mount hanger and my ironing board are not compatible. If you’re considering this, note the legs of your ironing board. Mine flare out in a Y-shape; and therefore won’t hang on this - your board needs to have a straight horizontal base on the legs to hang correctly.

Because probably have your Iron everywhere but on a wall...
I finally got my Iron off of random shelves, mini fridges and w.e chair was close by when I ironed. Its also nice not wondering if my Ironing board will fall over in the middle of the night.The installation was so simple, they dont even bother including instructions. But yes, you just screw it to the wall. Its plastic. A sturdy plastic. The rack mounts are simple. The hooks to hold your ironing board are a little too long to me? If you just need your board 6 inches or so off of the floor it unfortunately means hanging the mount even higher up the wall. I wonder if they couldve provided some level of buffer or pad in case some people inadvertently place a warm iron on a plastic rack?Otherwise no complaints.

This mount was very easy to assemble and fit perfect on my wall and gave me a place to out my iron to get it off the shelf. Very sturdy and strong. I am satisfied.
