Snowscape: A Winter Pop-up Book (4 Seasons of Pop-up)

My 10 month old adores this book - every page is really beautiful and she smiles at some of the animals that seem to jump off the page! It’s pricey but considering how much I read it to her - it’s definitely worth it in my opinion.

This is for a gift, but it arrived quickly in secure wrapping. It appears to be a beautiful book. I will update review when recipient has opened it. The pop-ups may be too delicate for baby to look at by himself, but I have no doubt it will be nice for reading time with his mom or dad.

Winter is depressing for many, but I find it quite lovely. This book beautifully captures the winter landscape and the creatures that must endure its hardships. I am a senior, but I love pop-up books and appreciate the artistry that goes into them. This is a welcome addition to my large collection.

She has the wonderful ability to transform any artists illustration from flat, to something that is down right MAGICAL. Do yourself a favor and get the Full Set of these seasons: Flora, Leaves, Shells, and now the latest release for winter: Snowscape. I have purchased SEVERAL of these books for my God Children and Friends kids and have used these books to send them a little seasonal whimsy with each passing time of year. They are so Special and I've found that many of the parents have started 'Keeper' bookshelves for these books, that they know they will have forever and pull out when one of my God Children need to feel a bit of Comfort and Joy. They are NOT just for kids.... the unexpected WONDER that came across a young girlfriends face when I gifted her "Flora" when she moved into her first apartment, In Lieu of Flowers (because she would have had to remember which box she packed her Vase in!!), was PRICELESS! These pop up books are like the Paper version of Snow Globes -- bringing a bit of magic to the everyday. I hope this series brings you as much Joy as it has those I've gifted it to!

Nicely illustrated book. Great for young and old. Who doesn’t appreciate a pop up book.

Exactly what you want from an adult pop-up book - the pages are beautiful and create a zen-like atmosphere which invites you in to explore the all the hidden gems the pop-up construct has to offer. It's a lovely book.

Book itself is beautiful. But it came broken on the spine and it looked like some of the pop ups were broken too.

Regalo apprezzatissimo. Confesso che l'ho aperto prima di regalarlo, almeno per assicurarmi che non ci fossero danneggiamenti alle pagine, per qualsiasi motivo. Stupendo, ancora meglio che sui video o sulle immagini che si vedono, ogni pagina che si sfoglia è un viaggio incredibile nella natura, un'opera d'arte, da osservare con attenzione. La prima parola che mi viene in mente per descrivere quello che suscita questo libro è "meraviglia" o "stupore". Che bello vedere che esistono ancora cose che ci fanno tornare piccoli!! Consigliatissimo!!!!
