Q: Do these curtains have rod pockets at the top?

no these are short curtains that use velcro to attach around a sink, etc. I used them in basement around utility tub.

Q: Can this skirt be cut to fit a smaller size sink?

Yes, you can cut it to size. I cut mine to fit a smaller sink. I also had to shortened the length. I then used iron-on hem tape to seal the edges, bottom and sides. It's a very pretty skirt, I've had it for nearly three years now and it looks like new.

Q: Does the adhesive come off the sink easily? I’m renting and don’t want to damage the sink.

Yes it would be easy to clean off.

Q: Does this come with Velcro?

No. It should state that it is attached with double faced tape. Easy, quick. Just be slow steady & careful to get it straight.
