I overall really like this product, the stand is well made and not flimsy even if you place it on paper bedding. I bought two and one works great. HOWEVER one of the was doing great until I was watching my hamster drink and she was clearly getting no water out of it. So I test it with my finger for a whole minute and absolutely no water was coming out, the little metal ball wasn’t even wet. I ended up shaking the bottle itself hard and that seemed to fix it. So please check that if you buy these. I like them bc when they do work more water t comes out than the cheaper bottles, which is what I wanted bc I thought maybe my hamster was a little dehydrated. So I was slightly upset that with this one literally no water was coming out until I noticed…..

We are hamster experts! We’ve had 7 at one time and now 11. The first bunch due to my daughter letting our original 2 play on the bed with her, and she got distracted for a moment and they had some quick sexy time. Second batch is that Petco sold us a pregnant hamster and she had 9 babies 1.5 days after we bought her. We had the real estate to house them, so here we are. WE ONLY BUY NITEANGEL WHEELS AND WATER BOTTLES. We have 3 of their cages, too. It’s so worth the money…theY KNOW what they are doing….HI five, Niteangel!

Edit: The company reached out and sent me a replacement feeder. I am looking forward to trying it out and seeing if maybe I just had received a faulty one. This is excellent customer service.So bummed. This is a beautiful water feeder and I love it but hamster (nor myself) cannot get water to come out of this thing. So upsetting. The ball keeps getting stuck at the tip. I’ve tried removing the second ball but that did not help. I’m at a loss.

This water bottle and stand are terrific for my dwarf hamsters. I currently own 2 and would not hesitate to purchase another.

I have loved everything I've ordered from Niteangel so far and this water bottle is no different. It's definitely small but I knew it would be. I was close to ordering a different brand but this one is better in my opinion because the height can be adjusted. The clear stand also matches the stand of my Niteangel wheels so it's really pulling together the look of my mice habitat. I haven't noticed any leaks/dripping.

Smaller than expected but my Guinea pig love this. Uses before will use the hanging bottles.

I like the look of the clear water bottle/holder. Works great for a tank set-up where you can't use a traditional water bottle holder. I was concerned with it being top heavy and possibly falling over but so far hasn't been an issue. It is a small water bottle (4oz.), but it works great for my short hair hamster. If you don't mind filling it up more than once a week then this is a great buy.

Was really hoping this was a keeper. Unfortunately- it just leaked all the water out overnight. Looks great. Needs new bottle and mechanism.

This water bottle is amazing! No problems so far. The only thing to keep in mind is the bolt on the back is quite big so it doesn't quite fit flat on a glass cage.

Works good, looks good. Nothing special about it but it sturdy and easy to adjust.

We had one that was for her old cage and needed to get a stand up one for new cage. She seems to be having a bit of trouble getting the water, not sure if it’s just the product or me not know how to adjust it properly
