Not many supplements go to root cause healing when you have gastric histamine, mast cell and Oral Allergy problems. Best sup I've ever found for these issues. Along with fresh Cod Liver oil (omega 3) oil, Arachidonic Acid in pastured eggs and ionic zinc (and avoiding histamine foods) I've been able to heal and maintain from histamine erosion my the gut (histamine strips protective mucus). I mix the powder in a pat of butter and swallow it down (the powder has almost zero flavor of it's own) - the fat helps in the absorption. Quercetin also drives zinc into cells which is needed to repair tissues so I drink some ionic zinc with it. Amazing! Excellent buy as well - huge healing.

This truly is an incredible supplement!!! After battling a sinus infection and Florida pollen counts for several months and maxing out doses of Mucinex, nasal spray, pseudophedrine, antihistamine and vitamin C without relief of the pressure, I thought I’d give quercetin a try. I was actually pretty amazed!!!! Within a half hour I could finally feel the sinus pressure subsiding for the first time in months!!! I could breathe!!!!!!!!! I next gave some to my daughter (suffering from the same relentless sinus crud), and she had relief as well! I now have my whole allergic family taking it (in capsule form...I still do the powder only) and don’t want to ever run out. The thing about the powder is it doesn’t mix well in water (some reviewers said warm water works, though), so on the advice of another reviewer, I take the tasteless powder straight. I take 1 tsp 4+ times daily...first putting some liquid in my mouth, then getting the powder in and swishing with the liquid being VERY CAREFUL NOT TO INHALE IT. It is VERY EASY TO ACCIDENTALLY INHALE THIS POWDER!!! After the 3rd or 4th time doing it, I was able to master the not inhaling trick without coughing like crazy. I feel so good taking it...less arthritis pain, more energy and I CAN BREATHE! It’s alot like I feel when put on a course of prednisone, only without all the nasty drug side effects. I will stick with this powder (and get capsules for my family) bc of the major cost savings over capsules thus allowing me to take higher doses more frequently. The benefits DEFINITELY outweigh the slight inconvenience of having to master the tricky choke-free method of administration! Quercetin, where have you been all my life?????

Excellent! Tastes just like what is in the capsules I was paying much more for from another company (very little taste, basically)... also, don't have to have another little glob of gelatin capsule going through my digestive track. I take this for its anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties. I have had a dramatic reduction in my ongoing knee and wrist issues, and this is ONE of the supplements I've added to support that (hard to tell if there is just one magic bullet, but I'm keeping this as a daily for the rest of my life (I am a healthy 66 year old guy). TIPS: 1 - put it in a shallow container with a snap on or screw on lid...the bag it ships in is really just for shipping (although it has a ziplock, and I haven't done that yet with my new bag, as I just switched 10 days ago from q in capsules. Anyway - much easier to take that way. 2: get some plastic straws from Dollar Store (wherever); cut one to a suitable length, and then cut the end horizontally (an inch or so) to make the straw into a small scoop. 3: you can dump this right on your tongue, or put it in a shot glass and toss it back with water... JUST BE CAREFUL, either way, not to inhale the powder. The water is deceptive, as the product can float on top for a long time and still be powdery enough to accidentally inhale. (Yes, I actually did this... didn't kill me, but not fun). Anyway - I'm going to paste this part in on at least one other review for a product by these people (bulk supplements). This is the 4th or 5th product I've purchased from them, and I have not been disappointed yet. Saving me money, for sure. (I'm not connected with them in any way).

I was glad to be able to purchase this powder because I was able to take higher dosages and eliminate the lower dosage capsules I was taking. I prefer eating a supplement rather than a pill. This powder is similar to dealing with turmeric although it seems lighter in weight and It’s definitely lighter in color. Still when you spill it, it’s similar to a turmeric clean up. It is well worth the minor occasional mess. The best way to take it for me is in my Kachava shake- it blends well in the mixer. I did try adding it after I had poured my shake in to a shaker bottle and the powder does not mix as well with some of the powder ending up unmixed on the internal grate. I also tried to mix it with water and that was a fail. Regardless,I will be be buying it repeatedly. It is good quality, I like the dosage, the taste is negligible and as long as I keep adding it in a blender then no problem

This is a really great source of Quercetin. I use it for my dog's allergies. It is not derived from onion, which is important for dogs.

Whenever I decide to try a supplement I haven't used before I will usually buy from bulksuppliments.com. the quality and price point are consistently good. This powder is yellow and can leave a discoloring residue on utensils..

Simply the best. Fantastic for immune system, lungs, and detox. No additives and fillers makes it the absolute perfect. Try taking it at night since the effects might be a bit unpleasant.
