The one plus set i have recived its not at all fresh \new \company pack \company sealThe phone has been already used before and not for just 1, 2 day its been use long es set is having following default1.Phone screen having scraches2.Phone side body & back side having scraches3.Data cable \charging cable is defective4.Manual case is totaly damanged5.Mobie case\box is damanged even not having NORD printThis set i have recived from amazone is looking like its an exchange setPlesae its an humble request to not do such thing if i have gifed to some one what kind of image should i have in from of personIts totaly rubishEven amazone has to pay for inconvenience or replace the poduct but should be fast bcs i ahve already pay lots of the time and money

Make sure not to buy the renewed phone
Camera was faulty, blurred images, also phone was heating up on an hoir in use. No way to contact seller, amazon personnel not entertaining also. Renewed version cost almost equal to the new version, do not buy for amazon renewed products. Worst quality and service.
