Nutrafol Strengthening Duo: Women's Hair Growth Supplement (Hair Growth Supplement & Collagen)

This is my second bottle of the hair supplement, which is easy to take. It has a little taste but I close my nose and am able to easily swallow the pills. I decided to try the collagen too, but it is too HORRIBLE to put in any food/drink. I almost vomited everything. It’s really disgusting. I had to throw it out. For now I notice my hair growing faster, we will see if it helps with volume too. I’ll update in another month or two.

In regards to the pill size being too large & hard to swallow. I don’t agree, I take all 4 at the same time. Heres a trick! There are tablets and there are capsules. Tablets are compact & dense, capsules are light & airy. When you take a drink and put a tablet in your mouth, you tilt your head back to swallow. That's the ‘normal’ process for most people. Tablets are dense and tend to sink downward in the liquid when you tilt your head back. NOW with capsules, like these, they float! Soooo if you tilt your head backward to swallow, they float up instead of sinking down towards the back of your throat…instead, take a big sip of liquid with your pills, now try tilting your head forward & downward, like you were checking out your shoes…and now swallow! Works perfect! Hope this helps someone!

I am taking the Capsules daily, they are smooth, tasteless, and pretty easy to swallow. The powder is by far the worst-tasting thing I have ever tried. I don't really know how to describe it- like really bad morning breath or maybe rotting garbage. I have tried many powders that are unpleasant enough that I don't end up using all the powder, but I could not force myself to finish even one glass of this. I tried putting crystal light flavoring in to cover the taste, but I could still taste the garbage-like tang under the heavy flavoring. I also tried adding just a tablespoon of the powder to a cup of coffee (I really hate not using something I paid for), but it was undrinkable--the coffee almost covered the taste- but the nasty garbage-like taste was still detectable. I don't think I am overly sensitive to taste, the powder is just abnormally bad, so I felt I should warn other potential consumers.

I First purchased the pills alone ! At first It was hard for me to take 4 pills a day large oils but I managed .and I even got use to it . If I forgot I still continued . When I got to the second bottle I started seeing so much less hair falling all over the bathroom floor and in the shower after shampoo and just overall so much less hair fall . I didn’t purchase it expecting any miracles but I am so grateful I am beyond grateful please be pastient and continue to take it you will benefit and combat any signs of aging or just hair falling so to stress . It’s the real deal I am on my third bottle and I did include the collagen powder It’s expensive but it’s worth it I am now on my third bottle I heard that results are shown after 90 days but even less .

I’ve only been using this product for a month and I’m already losing significantly less hair and noticed significant amounts of new hair growth! Very pleased with the results!!
