I am writing a review after only having this for 2 days. It is an amazing machine. The water container holds almost 2 gallons of water and the bean Hopper holds over two pounds of beans. The grinder is so quiet that you hardly even hear it. The only bad thing is it smells and makes your coffee taste like plastic. I have done a complete automatic cleaning on it twice and I believe that took care of the issue the expresso is amazing. This cost quite a bit more than I wanted to spend but it is a commercial machine.It is a very large machine but looks incredible. We have made almost 50 cups of different coffees and have not had to empty the pucks yet. So far, I would highly recommend it. If anything changes, I will update my review.UPDATE. The machine is still awesome. No more smell and the lattes and Expresso as well as the regular coffee is amazing. I use Starbucks beans and it is like having my own Starbucks coffee shop in my house.

Once you actually get the machine and figure out the strength then it’s pretty great! But I ordered mine at the beginning of September and just got it yesterday.. the first one Amazon told me it was “lost” and had to do a replacement and then had to have a journey with the second one. So I gave it 3 stars bc getting it is a lot of mucky mucky. Also the manual is not great and there is a lot of misspelling and doesn’t have a dedicated page of telling you what each setting is. Also I can’t get into one of the setting even with the designated password so it’s a lot of hassle for some things but it still deserves some stars bc the employees have said the coffee comes out very smooth

We've had this super automatic coffee/espresso machine for about four months now and continue to enjoy it as much now as we did when it was new. Touch-screen menu is easy to use, and it makes whatever you choose from the 24 drink choices quickly, so you don't have to wait around. After you make your choice, it tastes great! No burnt, bitter, or plastic after-taste. We decided on this large "commercial" machine because I got tired of having to fill the water, dump rinse water (or have no built-in rinse) add beans, clean it all out etc... daily, if not multiple times per day, like you have to do on most of the smaller super automatics. This machine allows you to make and enjoy coffee without spending all your time tinkering with the machine.
