Good replacement
I had to buy those replacement wax guards for my hearing aids that I could able to hear again.

Some good Some not
This was a hit and miss, some had guards attached as a few did not or had fell off. I order the right size for my hearing aides but twice the guards didn't stay in the hearing aide. (it would fall out, one was in my ear.

Empty packages poor fit
Some of the packages came empty and of course I didn’t notice until after the return window closed. They are knock off replacement and not true Oticon. They don’t fit well and I had my Audiologist look at them and he said they are poor quality. Very disappointed. They are now for the garbage
