I bought based on other reviews and took a chance. This stuff is magic. I got bite by a spider and than it got mrsa in it, which I'm told is normal and happens 90% of the time idk. What i do know is i was miserable just treating it with antibiotics and ointment for the last 4 weeks. The first spray stopped the itching and burning. Now its been 4 days it healed about 50 to 75%. My husband also used it on his hands to treat a eczema flare up that he couldn't get to go away. Highly recommend and will be buying more.

Essential in our family's first aid kit. As someone with an active kid who seem to find every sharp corner and rough surface, I needed something that would work quickly and wouldn't cause a major meltdown during treatment. Amazing product, takes sting out of wounds.

This stuff really works! Was bitten by a spider (unconfirmed but suspected black widow) twice and got this to heal the necrotizing tissue. Both wounds showed significant healing with no signs of infection 6 days after when I was seen by my regular physician.

This is a miracle product, that will never be out of stock in my home. Cleared up a sore spot on my dad’s leg in a few days that had been struggling to heal for months. I have used it on acne and they just disappeared. This is an actual must have item.
