Quality and comfort. I’m 5’5 135 pound woman. Bought medium. Maybe small would have worked too Have a large cage distract or on right ankle for 3 months. The zippers are quality. Very stretchy fabric. Can actually stretch bottom over cage on ankle. Bought 3 pair so I can wear clean each day. I have even slept in them. Nice side pockets that fit my phone. Highly recommend.

I am a below the knee amputee and I have been looking for clothes that are simple to use with my prosthesis. And I'm here to tell you, there are some out there but they are grossly overpriced, and if you take your clothes to a tailor, they're going to charge you 45 bucks just to put a zipper in the inseam. (At least where I live)After reading the other reviews, I decided to order and I'm very pleased that I did. This material is super lightweight and doesn't bunch up at all. The zippers seem to glide effortlessly, and the velcro tab at the top is a nice added touch.There are no back pockets, but there are two slit pockets in the front which are more than substantial for what I need to carry.I could probably go on and on about these pants, but the bottom line would remain... These are very comfortable, and very convenient when it comes to doffing and donning your prosthesis. A definite godsend.I will be buying several more pairs

These pants are ideal for a man with a broken leg in a cast. However, I’ve returned one pair after only three wearings because the zipper broke. The zipper is failing on another, but we’re nursing it along.

These pants fit me, they look great, love the zipper on the pant legs, makes it easier to access my leg brace. I feel the material is not warm enough for me, they should be lined to make warmer. They get dirty fast. I would recommend this product.

These pants are so worth it!! My dad recently had Lisfranc Fracture Dislocation Surgery & his foot looks like big foot the way it's wrapped. Finding pants for him to wear was truly hard. UNTIL I found these!! With the ease of putting them on ; being able to wear pants rather than a hospital gown all the time and their light weight, he absolutely loves them. Bought him 4 pairs in different colors and going to purchase the last few colors they have!

Good quality and lightweight. Both legs zip and there is Velcro on either side of waist. Perfect for someone who has mobility issues. Seem to run on the longer side.
