3 Minutes Sand Timer Hourglass Sandglass Sand Clock for Games Classes Toothbrushing Workout - Purple

The shape of the hourglass and the blue sand are very attractive. I haven't rated the durability because I've only had it for a couple months but it certainly appears to be very solid.

It's a substantial piece - meaning it has substance. the material it is made from is more like glass and it feels airtight. I bought three of these from games we have played for YEARS - Decades really. So the timers just wore out - sand was getting stuck. The old timers were also not quite ACCURATE when you flipped them, the time was off by 10 to 15 seconds. That is the FIRST thing we checked with this timer - the timing of both sides. Very Accurate. Very Pretty to be honest.(My only con is that it doesn't fit in the box for the game I using, but that doesn't matter as the box has been tossed years ago)

This is exactly what I was looking for! I use this to time sales calls so I don't take up too much of their time. I even timed it and couldn't believe how accurate it is! Great product and love that it is my favorite color too.

The hourglass is a little less accurate than advertised: it consistently runs three minutes 20 seconds, while it is claimed to be accurate within +/-10%. But it is worth it for its intended purpose, to have as a video reminder of a three minute time limit to Zoom presentations. The yellow sand is easy to see and the hourglass appears reasonably sturdy. For the price, a good product.

Who brushes their teeth for three minutes? (';') well, almost no one.I recently learned that if I want my tooth whitening tooth paste to work as advertised, I had to brush my teeth without adding water, for at least 3 minutes. Sure, I could count, look at my watch, set the kitchen alarm, BUT instead, I came across this 3 minute hour glass timer. it's large and easy to see.Side benefit, our grandson, in the past, barely put the tooth brush in his mouth before he was spitting everything out and rinsing as fast as he could go.Monkey see Monkey do... he took an interest in the timer and asked about it.One thing let do another and he's brushing longer while watching the sand drop. Win Win!I like it and it's accurate. My teeth are whiter, and grandson is learning some better brushing habits.Five Stars for a well made product that works. The sand never gets stuck!

Great timer. I'm a high school counselor, purchased to use in my office to help keep me track time better so students aren't out of class longer than necessary just b/c we both lose track of time. It's a nice size, plastic outside the hour glass in case it gets knocked over. Color of the plastic is a bit brighter than I thought, but doesn't bother me. I haven't timed it to see how close it is to 20 minutes, I didn't care, just wanted something to help me track.I've had this in my office for several weeks now. What I have found is that students come in to say hello, check in, and flip the hour glass. The device I purchased to help me track time better has turned into one that helps students elax. Many declare they could sit for hours and watch the sands. (o;Nicely made, shipped on time, love the sand color, works well.
