The quality of my sleep is so much better when taking these !

I tried for the first time last night and had a better sleep than I've had in a few weeks which is promising. I'm not very good at swallowing large capsules so was apprehensive when I saw the size but I am happy to say I didn't have any problems.

These just didn't work for me, no improvement in sleep also made my mood very low the morning after taking gave it a try but it left me feeling depressed. Poured the rest of the capsules in the bin so I don't take it again incase I forget how they made me feel!

I’m not sure what the unwind does, but after trying so many different sleep supplements, this has the most noticeable effect on me (more than melatonin, cbd etc). I track sleep with whoop and my sleep efficiency has noticeable improved. The percentage of my restorative sleep has also increased. I usually take 2 while I’m getting ready for bed. By the time I’m in bed and reading, I can feel the drowsiness starting to kick in. I wake up naturally, fresh and rested, no drowsiness. It’s not a magical pill. There were a few nights where I had work and personal stress, my sleep was still not good. But when I follow the same routine, and go to sleep in a similar mental state, these pills definitely enhance my sleep. For the improvement in sleep, I find £30 for a month supply to be very worth it. The packaging is tactile, environmentally friendly and well designed. It certainly has the feel of a premium product. I like it so much that I just ordered another month supply, plus the cbd joint roll on to see if this brand’s other products are equally great.

Understand the premise but this didn't hit the mark for me and had no desired effect on my sleep even after 3 weeks.

Very effective and the small tablets are easy to swallow. Not noticed any effect on energy levels but happy with them. A bit on the expensive side

I bought these and forgot about them and then tried them recently. Each time I take them I notice I wake up with a spring in my step, just feeling great. Not sure which ingredient my body needed but this product really works for me.

After using this product I must report that it has unfortunately not worked for me. Here are my pro's and con's. Pro It is well packaged as a premium product and the literature gives some interesting information on the background of the company and the reason for creating the product. Con The tablets are much larger than the normal and as such, I found them a little harder to swallow. I don't usually have any issues with swallowing tablets so this was a bit of an unpleasant surprise as I couldn't get them down easily. For me, this supplement didn't work, despite following the instructions. After taking them approximately 30 minutes before bed as recommended, I did begin to feel drowsy, but once I was in bed, I could not actually fall asleep. This happened on the very first dose and continued to be the case. When I did finally fall asleep, I cannot say it was restful. Last night, I could not get to sleep until around 3.30am, so I will not be taking any more of this supplement. I should perhaps say that I do take other medications and have in the past found that certain things can affect my sleep, but this is usually other medication and not something supposedly as innocent and a supplement. To me, capsules taste odd, a little bit of tasting cheap plastic. It's an odd taste, not necessarily unpleasant to the point of gagging, but not nice either. So all in all, this was no a success for me, but you don't know if you don't try and it appears they do work on other people, sp maybe give it a try and see what happens. I guess you can always return for a refund if not happy.
