I needed a smaller container to fit the four quart jars of SIBO yogurt I make regularly. The lid that came with it fit my Anova Precision perfectly and four ball jars of yogurt fit in the container with plenty of room for the Anova. Will use it for other sous vide food as well. Perfect for a couple steaks even a whole chicken will fit.

This product changed meat cooking for me forever. I have used so far to cook salmon, beef brisket, and ribeye steaks. Once you figure how to operate the app, you will be on your way to amazing culinary adventures. The lid is flimsy, but provides a good temperature control and effectively prevents water evaporation. The base is durable. With the built in racks, there is no need to weigh in the packages. Overall, I am very satisfied with this product.

Had been using a large stock pot, but longer items, like pork tenderloins, were difficult to lie flat and keep submerged. This sous-vide container resolved both issues. My husband had also custom-cut a poly cutting board for use as a pot cover to retain heat. This container came with a cover that is a little difficult to work with, but doable. Overall a decent buy, but a bit pricey.

I added one of these after trying a regular container. Using the old way does do the job.This is container with lid makes a more simpler process. The preformed indentions that the provided grill fits into makes it easier to keep the food secure and in place while cooking. The lid fits securely with a opening cut for your machine of choice to fit thru. Would recommend.

I am obsessed with sous vide machine I recently purchased. I used my big soup pan first, but thought it is worth purchasing one specifically for this as I pretty much sous vide all meat now. OK, so it is simple container, comes with lid and has a little hole to put the sous vide machine through. First, I thought the lid is made really cheap, even it says "replace if the lid is broken". I am sure if you use it and open close all the time, it will break a part. It is nice and perfect size for my use (family of 4) It is super easy to clean and like that it comes with rack to make sure all meats are smudged under the temperature controlled water. You should be careful with which sous vide machine you are using because mine has a clip with big "teeth" to hold the container, so it is hard to clip it to the container with lid on. It does keep the temperature control with the sous vide machine, but it is nothing very special about this, other than it comes with rack.

The container works great! It’s very convenient to be able to hold the sous vid bags at different levels under the water and not worry about the food getting ruined overnight. The lid they sent didn’t fit my sous vide because mine is very big. They had the sticker offering a new lid for free just like in the picture someone else posted. I emailed them, they got back to me right away and shipped me a new lid through Amazon that fits my sous vide perfectly, just like they said they would. So that was great, the product works amazing and it helps a lot to keep the water from evaporating. The whole thing is very convenient and easy. One of the main reasons I ordered it is because I saw they would send a new lid if needed and I didn’t know if my sous vide would fit any standard lids, and they came through exactly like they said they would. They container is pretty big too. Holds more than I would need and I can fill it high to make sure it won’t evaporate too much water overnight. But again, with the lid, evaporation isn’t really a problem anyways. Especially with the two levels of grate selection this container has.

Fantastic, works well with my sous-vide I have to note that I purchased this when it was on special. I purchase two of them, for fermenting yogurt in 1 L mason jars. Four jars fit in one of these bins.

I bought a Sous Vide and didnt have anything good to hold it in. This works PERFECT! Teh Sous Vide is amazing... and this is a perfect holder.

Missing the racks !!. Product seems OK, but there isn't any racks. I'm sure this is just a packing issue, I'll contact the seller, and sort it out.
