Does exactly what it should do.

One side broke after first use. I have to sit something heavy on top. Cheaply made.

I just started using tofu in my diet and it’s always a pain to squeeze the liquid out when preparing the recipe…This gadget is AWESOME…pop the tofu in it and walk away..10 minutes later the tofu is ready to useReasonably priced, as well

OK, I am already enamored with this. However, one of my favorite tofu brands is Trader Joe’s because of its great value, but the blocks appear to be too large to fit into the tofu press. The clamps won’t snap shut with the 18 ounce Trader Joe’s tofu block. It’s not a dealbreaker, you can still put a weight on top of the press to drain the water. But for now, I’ll be looking for other places to purchase my tofu.

I was hoping this would speed up the process but it did not. After 1 hour the tofu was still full of water. I will stick with my paper towles and cast iron skillet.

This is my first tofu press so idk if its supposed to smash the tofu but it did..but other then tht it's just fine

Save your money and get a roll of SCOTT towels to take the water out of your tofu. The handles that you use to close the top are shotty at best. You can see that the top is not going to last long and unless you’ve got the strength of a gorilla, you can’t get the top to click on. Once you get the top on only two sides click easily and the other two sides are nearly impossible. You have to put the container on the floor and use your bodyweight to close the other two tabs. A horrible cheap product.
